The worst live chat ever
This casino simply has the worst live chat ever. I inquired why I was charged 1 euro extra for my deposit, without any notice at any point during the process of depositing. First they make you wait 10 minutes and then the chat just closes without talking to someone. On my next attempt, they make me wait 20 minutes before connecting, next they don't want to admit their mistakes and keep repeating the same bullshit over and over. In the end they simply say that the conversation is going in circles, which is what they are doing by ignoring the issue, and they close the chat, so I have to start all over again.

This company are not paying my win out
This company are not paying my win out, i wagered my bonus money and deposit money, i tried to withdraw the money to my bank, and waited 3 days, they said its not possible, then i tried to withdraw my money to my crypto wallet, waited 3 days and now they stole my money $296 dollar is ghone, and i did not recieve anything, to all new commers this company is a huge scam organisation, i will delete this message if i receive the money into my bank or crypto wallet if not, i will warn all newcomers dont deposit any money to this scammers.!

This is not a proper casino and just a scamming site which will allow you to play first deposit, then your second deposit will not show up in your account, they will just steal it!! It says allow 10 minutes for the deposit to show on your account, but that is a lie. You will never see it again. My bank is tracking them down and I will make sure they get prosecuted
