Used a recent sign up offer and was lucky enough to win over £500 (meeting all wagering requirements). On trying to withdraw my winnings my documents were requested. It looks like this part might actually be a breach of the gambling commission UK seeing as it says they are not allowed to to ask for this information at withdrawal when they could have requested it before hand! However my account has now been closed permanently no reason given and no one us telling me about my winnings i have tried both live chat and email and no one is helping.

Absolute joke, won fair and square then my account was taken down. Was told for the last 4 days by 5 different people my withdrawal had been processed now I’ve being told I’m not entitled to it!!! Didn’t even use any kind of promotion I won the money fair and square.

I won on foxy games and read the reviews on here tried to lose it figuring I wouldn't receive money won more and cashed out got money within 24hrs although it said 3-4 working days so very happy with foxy games and will continue to use

Well I've played this game for a while the advert makes it seem like it's guaranteed a good win but after weeks of playing I've spent more and never able to cash out because any amount you win it takes it right back seem like the games are fixed or something.

No wonder your trust pilot reviews are terrible, they really don't like you winning, and ban you from all other sites, absolutely shocking!

Worst site I have been on.Promotion advertised,signed up through it,deposited but no promotion was given.
Talked to them and they said the promotion was for targeted customers.Say what?! I'll say better avoid.

I used to love Foxy Games and bingo sites as I always thought they were fair and offered good promos. However now they have become tight fisted Scrooges. A few months back Foxy Bingo promo banned me for what they said was a "business decision" and now they have started a thing where you can sign into both accounts with the same password and email and because I'm promo banned on one site I am now promo banned on both sites. Really shady stuff and I hope the new customers stop coming and Entain group go out of business.

Ok, Here is my story. I like foxy bingo/games. I have my fun on there, and when I don't have fun, I will close my account or go on a break, which is what I did with galaspins. I called galaspins as for some strange reason, my account didn't re-open as it usually does. Before my account was opened, they wanted to know.. what I did for a living, how much I earn, any other money I get into my house etc... I refused to tell them! none of their business.. so I told them to keep the account closed. The next day, I got a message on all sites across their platform informing me that I will no longer receive any promotions or bonuses and I am also excluded from the daily free game due to a self-exclusion on galaspins. So, am not allowed to play promotions and bonuses etc due to gambling awareness, however, you are happy to take my money!? very bizzare. I have been a customer across these sites for many many years, and I deposit £10 per MONTH! yes PER MONTH! It is unfair to be excluded from any sort of promotion, bonuses that other people get on their deposits.. how is that fair for all please? IT'S NOT, AND YOU KNOW IT! UPDATE: your reply is not accepted as a reasonable response to my review. I understand the gaming regulations etc, but banning me from promos and bonuses that everyone else gets for depositing is UNFAIR! All because I decided to take a break from another site on your platform and refused to give them my personal information.

Do not use this site,they never gave me the free spins when I joined so I had to message them,eventually they did give them to me,I played for a couple of nights then when I went back on my balance was zero…I had over £40 left so contacted them again to be told I never used the bonus money within a set time…I didn’t know there was a set time…apparently the Bonus runs out within a set amount of time 🤬that no one knows about…disgusting so my £40 has gone and they never even offered a gesture of good will.Feel like I’ve been mugged.
