Happy to deposit but when try to withdraw says it takes upto 4hrvto reach ur bank when finally check bank card issuer declined so phone up the bank said no issues with bank or card at this end so I tried up to 3 times still the same went back into my foxy games account 55.00 again so don't like paying out but gladly take deposits with no problem don't understand I can deposit with same card so should be able to make a withdrawal with same card it's just stupid and now decided to close my account without making me the payment I won fair and square it's pathetic the best casino site is pokerstarscasino.uk won thousands and payout straight away within an hour no problem

It's so frustrating when playing Foxstar Rivals when paired with a bot. The bots just lock and blast constantly and totally sabotage things for the other 2 players. Recently some 'players' with usernames have been behaving in the exact same way which leads me to believe they're 'hiding' their bots now under fake names. Probably becasue seasoned players have cottoned on to the bot players (just a lst of numbers) and join ranks blocking and imiting the bots play. I was suspended for about a month from all promotions with absolutely no information as to the reasoning (only found out by chance recently that the block was lifted). It was just after I'd complained to them about bots playing Foxstar rivals and they categorically stated that wasn't the case.Within 2 days, I was blocked. I hadn't checked the game rules in detail before, but now they do state bots are used. I don't trust them one bit, but I have managed to win the £100 on foxstar rivals (this was right at the start before the bots took over) and make very tiny wins in Slingo occasionally. Enough that my total balance is always in the black.

I played on Foxy for years, never really had any issues until it came to closing my account. I just stopped winning anything and got bored with the offering. They make it virtually impossible to simply close your account. When you eventually find the right page in the app, you are warned of the “consequences” of closing the account and then you can’t actually elect to close your account, just block yourself. They charge inactivity fees so if I can only block does that mean my account remains open and they can start charging me fees? Very little information and absolutely no way to contact them. No complaints procedure is made available at all on their website which I am sure is against consumer law. All the hoops and negative language when trying to close your account is also not in the spirit of safer gambling, at all. Then I find that you can’t complain to the gambling commission about safer gambling mechanisms. Avoid like the plague.

I saw fake names on Foxy bingo. Fake names winning the bingo and on the top 10 of the slot tournaments. I also outed them on the fake jackpots and rigged slots. So they closed my account with money still with them. Don’t trust these scammers at all.

Totally bitter players on foxstars. I play similar on other sites. The point is to collect points which gain you free spins... I'm not sure if the players don't understand the rules or whether they deliberately blow up other people's points to feel better?? It's bizarre because they also end up with very few points so don't hit the leader board as the aim is to steal points not blow them up🙄. The only site I've ever used where I have pity for the bitter ones playing...
