I was always informed about the trade-in status of my old smartphone. The entire process inclusive payment lasts only a few days. And finally the trade-in price was higher than firstly commited.

The puchase process went largely well

The entire Foxway purchase process went smoothly. It's just a shame we didn't receive a refund in euro's, but a voucher from MediaMarkt. This wasn't clearly stated on the website, only in small print in the terms and condition

Easy and smooth, in general

In general, the process was easy and smooth. The handling was to o the point and very professional.
The only problem concerned the automated application system, which didn't recognize the new device. It took a some additional days until the problem could be manually solved.

Extremely bad company.They made my life…

Extremely bad company.They made my life horror story for a past 12 months. From invoicing me three phones and watches that I never ordered under someone else’s name to the last invoice for buying out the phone that I never asked for. Now I’m being chased by SVEA for money and customer service is responding in the way like they respond here that they are very sorry for me not being happy with their services. No help whatsoever. I honestly think that I should include Konsumentsverket or a lawyer. Do not buy from them under any circumstances.

Please reach out to us directly if you have any further questions, but there is no basis to the claims that people are invoiced for devices they have never ordered, this is just not possible.
