DO NOT USE! Absolutely disgusting company! I booked taxi transfer via Ryanair for a taxi to pick us up and take us to our hotel. The taxi didnt show up, we waited for over an hour, I tried to contact them but none of the numbers are in service. We had to pay for a local taxi to take us to our hotel. No one from the taxi company contacted me for pick up arrangements, so again we had to pay for a local company to get us back to the airport. I contacted Ryanair when we got back they don't want to know and said it was booked via a third party, but i can't get hold of anyone! We paid £211 when we booked on 15th July and I still haven't got my money back. Why are Ryanair still using this company when the reviews over the past few years are so bad!
Our driver was lovely and very chatty, was on time and got us to the airport in great time.
A very rude driver! I had gotten the wrong instructions on where to meet the driver (booked thru travelagency). So I was 6 min late for the pickup, when we finally connected. It wasn't his fault that I had the wrong info on where to meet him at Lisbon airport, but neither was it my fault, since I hade the wrong info. He called his manager, who aparently told him to drive me to my hotel anyway. But that made him angry, and he took his anger out on me by being very rude. I canceled the transfer back to airport, with them. instead used the hotels service. Which didn't cost more, and was very nice.
Do not use! Left us stranded at 7am in Spain and we almost missed our flight. Almost a month later I am still waiting for a refund and they refuse to help told me to contact Ryanair who told me to contact Cartrawler, just going round in circles. Appalling service.

Do not use this company. Booked them via Ryanair from Marco Polo Venice to our resort. No driver turned up at the airport, had to pay €150 to get a taxi. Finally got a reply on WhatsApp the next day to confirm they would be there to bring us to airport. Surprise surprise they never showed up, was stranded with 2 kids at the resort. No communication, awful service.
We booked return trip from Malta Airport to Sliema to AX Palace hotel, and now it seems, foolishly, paid in advance. There was no driver to meet us at the airport, when we phoned the number provided, we were told to call the driver which we declined to do feeling it was the company's responsibility to solve the issue. A driver finally arrived, dumped us outside the terminal building saying the taxi would arrive in a minute, which it duly did, just a local taxi. We told the driver our destination, but he took us to the wrong hotel and then we had to make our own way to the correct one. On our return trip, no driver appeared at our hotel at the appointed time, a telephone call elicited no help, and we had to pay for another taxi to take us to the airport. 28th Jul- - 8 August.
Do not use! Customer service is truly awful. This week I booked a return service for air port transfer and wanted to bring the pick up time 30 minutes earlier on the return journey and they refused to do that! Several interactions with the customer service and I was being very polite and they simply refused to do anything about it and was very rude.
I was very frustrated and very upset 😢 towards the way they treated me.

I paid by booking and they asked me to pay again at the end of the transfer! So I had to pay 2 times! Booking confirmed me that they paid Foxtransfer, Foxtransfer refuse to reimburse one of the two payments.

Booked a transfer through booking.com and this company did not turn up luckily our hotel was outside a train station so we managed to get another taxi thank god and a refund from booking.com we make sure we never use this company again, absolutely shocking and disgusting service should be shut down.
This is company they took my money and the driver never show up and the third party unhelpful. Until now they didn't refund my money. SCAM COMPANY! No star for this company!
Booked and pre-paid via Expedia a taxi service from Sibiu airport in Romania to my hotel. The driver never showed up. I called the only phone number they had given me - a number in the UK - and a representative listened to my case. After he heard my name, he just hung up. I tried to call back for half an hour, but they did not pick up the phone anymore. Eventually, I had to take a regular taxi.
We booked what we thought was a reputable company - our driver to the resort liked to travel with his foot to the floor all the way - sometime up to 150 km ph - we held on for dear life and grateful arrived in one piece ! The return was confirmed for wrong time so we spent 3 hrs constantly calling their 24/7 manned line to no avail ! We had to book alternative company in the end in a panic to get us to the airport on time - very stressful all round! Customer Service is shocking and took no responsibility or an ounce of compassion- avoid at all costs to life and wallet !!!!
Laughably bad experience. Booked through a third part - CarTrawler - so did not have the option to review their service in advance. They cancelled, having taken the money, with less than 24 hours' notice. The customer service assistant was deeply unhelpful and borderline rude. Basically, this is a money-grabbing scam and should be reported. I shall be raising it with CarTrawler, as this also damages their reputation. A dishonest and unpleasant experience.
Cancelled airport taxi less than 24 hours before flight. 60 mile trip one way paid in advance and cancelled saying no cars available.
Booked a VIP transfer and the vehicle that was ordered was a Citroen C4, by no means anywhere near a VIP vehicle. From my experience, it would at least be a Mercedes E class, maybe even C class. A C4 is most certainly not a premium, or even upscale vehicle. I could literally rent a C4 at the airport, use it for a day, and I would pay the same price.
If you want a individual private transfer, perhaps go for the private transfer option, as you would get the same car as the VIP one.
