It was hope when I ordered hiking boots online because I have numerous foot issues (calluses, bunions, a neuroma, & high arches). I ordered my regular size 7.5, and found them comfortable from day 1 with my arch supports. It was faith in this company that I took a chance. I own two sets of their trekking poles from prior orders which I also love.

These Foxelli trekking poles are fantastic! I've used them on several hikes now and they've significantly improved my experience. They're lightweight and sturdy, making it easy to navigate challenging terrain. The cork handles are comfortable and provide excellent grip, even when my hands are sweaty. The flip locks are easy to adjust, allowing me to quickly change the pole length as needed. I especially appreciate the included accessories, like the snow baskets and pavement tips. These poles have exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable option.

I have MS and your trekking poles are a godsend. Lightweight, easy to collapse and packs well in a suitcase. No more wobbling while walking, beats a cane big time, and a great cardio workout to boot. I couldn't be happier.

I bought a headlight from Foxelli and it was great. Unfortunately, it eventually would no longer turn on. I reached out to Foxelli support and they walked me through some troubleshooting steps. Unfortunately, nothing worked. Once it was clear that I wouldn't be able to fix the light, they immediately sent out a replacement headlight, no questions asked. The entire support process was 5/5 stars and I will continue to be a Foxelli customer.

My husband and I both love our Foxelli hiking poles. We are avid hikers and couldn't do without them. I had an issue with one of them and reported it to the company. They answered in a very timely manner, and immediately resolved my problem to beyond my expectations. I will be a Foxelli fan for life

Got the ten watt solar panels from foxelli usb ports broke won,t charge had less then a month They won't answer the phone.Are there emails

Boots showed up right away. They were a little small so I tried to exchange for a larger size. They have not answered my emails or phone calls. Now I am past the 30 days. Now they are saying it is my fault!

Beware!!! If you need to exchange anything in the 30 day timeframe, the company will NOT respond. I have emailed Foxelli at least seven times and received ZERO response.
Pitiful! Just wanted a smaller size in their hiking boot.

Since December 12, I ordered 20 lamps, I received only one and to date I have not had a response, I am very angry.

The first problem was that I set a PO Box to receive the package, I understand that many companies do not send packages to PO Box, but they let you know from the moment you are going to place the order, at Foxelli, they sent me an email two days after I placed the order and paid, telling me it had to be at a physical address.

I provided a physical address. The package arrived and it was a single lamp!

I sent an email to the only form of support they have, which is the help email and which they respond after more than 24 hours each time. They answered me that they could not send packages to PO Box again, when I had already provided a physical address to which the incomplete package arrived.

I answered the email, again providing the physical address and letting them know that there was where the unique lamp arrived. They only answered that the package had already arrived, that I should check it with UPS or the neighbors if they had not picked it up and they sent me the photo from UPS that the package had already been delivered successfully, along with the UPS tracking number.

The UPS tracking number and the photo was the one referring to the package delivered with a single lamp! I replied that that tracking number was of the package of the single lamp and that I needed them to send me the remaining 19 lamps that I had already paid for since December 12 and I have not had any response for more than 48 hours! I am very angry and I need an answer.

Just received my womens Grey hikers size 8.5. When I first tried them on I was impressed how comfortable they were. They seem to be made well. They look very nice, it is hard to see from just a picture. Overall very impressed

Foxelli is pretty well known - even if they are relatively new - in the hiking/backpacking world. I've had a pair of their boots for years, along with some other gear (headlamp, hiking poles, etc). I've never had any problems with them, and expect to replace my boots with the exact same model since I've finally worn the tread down. When you find something that works well for a good price, you tend to stick with it.

Please don't let reviews like the one from John H here dissuade you. His experience (trying to return a product which he has zero documentation for is something I doubt most companies would do) is an edge case at best. There are tons of reviews of their products out there - from the community itself and places like Amazon - that will say the same thing... good products for the coin.

Was gifted a foxelli headlamp, during use the clip spontaneously broke and it's now not possible to clip it to my head. So it's a nothing lamp. I emailed Foxelli about it, and they wouldn't stand behind their product. Since it was a gift their only solution was to tell the person who gifted it to me that it was broken, and ask them to find the purchase info which is extremely RUDE. Foxelli is a company that does not stand behind its products. Do not order.

I purchased a pair of hiking boots from this company,which they were being sold at amazon .I placed an order,boots were on sale thought I would give them a try.they had the size I wanted and wide width,perfect.apon receiving them I emailed the company to start the warranty.they give you a year,if anything breaks or gets out of whack,or leak they will replace for free.well guess what mine started to leak.i contacted the company,and wow.they do stand behind there warranty.within 4 days I received a brand new pair.awesome company.i will buy from them again,and I do love the boots,they are comfy and very light,also good traction. Look them up on Amazon .they also have women's boots with awesome colors. And they sell hiking gear,and heated gloves. Just to update a few things ,ny second pair also leaked its because the rubber surounding the toe box is weak ,it cracks abd boots leak .if the company reinforces this section of the boot it would be an awesome boots. I hope they do fix this problem however im still able to use these during summer months
