Outstanding customer service

Recently I visited the Lynbrook branch and I am writing to recognize and sincerely thank Luis Suazo and Darcel Jones for the exceptional service they provided during my recent transaction at your branch. Their professionalism, clarity of explanation, and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire experience smooth and reassuring.

Luis explained in detail how my CD account would be transferred to a new offer and ensured I fully understood my options. He clearly outlined how the funds would be handled and patiently guided me through each step. His knowledge and thoroughness gave me complete confidence in the process.

Darcel Jones manager also contributed outstanding support during this interaction, offering attentive assistance that further improved my experience.

HELOC Application

I submitted a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) application three weeks ago and have not yet received any communication from Four Leaf. I am quite dissatisfied with the service experience thus far.

My 4 leaf experience

I was greeted by an associate as soon as I walked in. She seated me and proceeded to help me with my transaction. It took All of 5 minutes to complete my deposit. She asked me if I needed anything else to which I replied not at this time. We shook hands and said goodbye 👋 and I left the bank 🏦

When I called fourleaf in regards to…

When I called fourleaf in regards to my accounts, they tried to verify my identity by asking many questions. Although I gave them all the correct answers, they couldn't validate me because their system had the wrong information. I tried to explain to them. However they had asked me to hang up and call back again, so that someone else could verify my information using same broken system. I went through three different people and none could help me in need. They should have verified me using alternate questions instead of ending the call. I have decided to go the branch to clarify my info.

My daughter and I decided to open a joint account.

My daughter and I decided to open a joint account where we dont bank at, I also had my grandchildren with me. It took less the an hour to open the account. The young lady who helped us was very professional and dressed very nice and was very knowledgeable in her position. I was hoping she made some type of small talk, see if we would like to open kids accounts. Other then that the branch was very clean and busy, there was a none stop line which I love to see. I never got a business card which I'm unhappy with because I would love to reachout and set up an appointment to open kids accounts. I do have some business to take care of in the near future so I'll keep an eye out for her. BTW Fourleaf has the best online app, I bank with other institutions and always have an issue with them.

When bank changed name

When bank changed name, I was not notified with a letter of changing terms and conditions to my accounts. After 3 years of my saving account, they start charging $5 fee for a non-activity, but I did not have an activity since 2022 and never been charged by previous owner Bethpage. Also, I had a hard time to close my HELOC it took a while to finally close it (2 month).
