Customers can’t rely on customer service responses in a timely matter
I purchased 2 items and only received 1 of them. I waited a few days for the second item to ship when I still hadn’t received it I sent them an email and that day I got a response telling me it was on back order. Ok not a problem I then wait 2 weeks with no item in sight. So I sent another email last Wednesday saying I wanted the item or a refund. Crickets is all I got. Had to contact PayPal asking for a partial refund. I made one other order which is headed my way but I guarantee it will definitely be the last one.
Final update after 6 weeks of waiting I received the rest of my order with no apology just total silence. Worst customer service ever which comes with extremely slow shipping as well. There are too many other great. Pen companies around take your money to them. Don’t waste your time with these people.
