Great customer service
I signed up for their foundr+ trial and actually forgot that I signed up on them. I requested for a full refund and without any buts and ifs, they agreed to refund my money. Actually needed it for an emergency, and glad that they listened. Great customer service. Hoping to join them again this year, officially.

Great training and great company
I've had my eye on Foundr for a while and they continue to hold true as a trustworthy source of training and inspiration. I just tried out the trial and I love the courses, I wasn't able to try everything, but the ones I did were quite valuable. I do believe one on one would be a be a bit better (it is an option), but the self paces courses are truly worth the value.

Responded quickly and personally to find solution
The company responded quickly to an email regarding a personal challenge with billing and worked with me to find a solution that was acceptable to both of us. I am extremely grateful. There are so many scams in the world today, so I felt it is worth leaving a review. I spoke to a real human being, who considered my needs, took them up the flag pole and worked with me.
