Great for big events

All of our event guests had a great time with the photo booth. We appreciated how easy it was to use, that people can text, AirDrop, or email their photos/videos, and that we got a copy of everything after.

We are very satisfied and will definitely consider Fotobaren for future events!

One piece of feedback: the tripod didn't feel too secure for an event where people are drinking and walking around, so we had to find a corner where we could tuck it in safely. Having something more secure could help in the future.

Great experience

Used it on several occasions already, including my wedding and many other celebrations. Always works perfect and I'm super satisfied with the results. Will come back again and again and you can't beat that price too!

Great experience and a lot of fun!

We rented the Fotobar Lite for a wedding anniversary party. It was the highlight of the evening. The delivery was on time, the assembly and usage is a peace of cake. Definitely recommended.

Very good experience

Very good experience! Easy pick-up and return of the photobooth. Appreciate the helpful customer service. Quite easy to set up photobooth, we've only had a problem to connecting to wifi and sending pictures per email. Thank you!

Thank you for such a wonderful review! We're delighted that you had such a good experience of our product and service, and that you found the photo booth easy to set up!

That said, we're sorry to hear you had problems connecting to wifi and sending pictures by e-mail. As of now, the device does need to be connected to a stable wifi that doesn't have too strict restrictions in order for e-mails to be sent. Some offices and workplaces might have very strict wifi security, which could stop emails from sending even though the device is connected to the wifi, however we've only heard of this happening once out of several hundred events with the Fotobar Lite. Some wifi networks also time out after a certain time, and we obviously don't recommend using those.

Even though you weren't able to send the pictures by email during the event, rest assured that all the pictures were saved and uploaded to your event gallery which you have already received :-)

For the future we do plan to have all the devices connect to the internet using a cellular network provider rather than having to be connected to wifi, but as of now the unit does need to be connected to wifi for this functionality to work.
