I have been asked for a review after requesting and paying for a carers card. This is the only communication I have had with Forward carers I have had no communication regarding the card nothing at all they took my money and have done nothing else I am very disappointed with the service , or lack of cannot recommend the service at all. I will never use them again and would give less than one star if I could
