We are real estate investors who live in Israel. For the purpose of purchasing an investment property in the USA, we needed financing from an American Lender. This is our first time taking a loan abroad, so we used the services of Nadlan Financing. Lior Lustig led and accompanied us through the entire process from submitting the application to closing the purchase of the property. Throughout the process, Lior demonstrated great knowledge and experience, acted in excellent communication with us and quick responses and took care of our interests. For us non-residents who are not familiar with the process and the various factors, the support of Lior and the team of Nadlan Financing was extremely essential, and I do not see how we would have been able to get the loan within the required time frame without the support of Lior and the team of Nadlan Financing. Lior and his team could get us a lower rate than the ones US Citizens get - while Americans got rates in the 7's, us as foreigners got rates in the 6's!
