No customer service
This used to be a great company with great customer service. In the past I have ordered several wigs from them and they all have their pros and cons but overall I am happy with the.
However, in the past few years I have send them several emails trying to get information and ordering more products. They never respond. I recently placed an order for 2 wigs. They only have 1 in stock so they email me about how to move forward. I let them know I am not in a rush receiving them and I can wait. They email me again stating the same thing, I reply with the same reply.
Then, without reason, without letting me know, they cancel my order. I try to contact them about it, but I get no respons. The lack of communication is very difficult ordering these kind of products.
