Bad customer service.
Bad. i ordered 4 different items. received half of my order - Zkittles and Sherbanger. It got delivered in grey packaging inside was white cardboard box with zskittles and Sherbanger. i haven't received sour diesel and ice cream cake. both order show same tracking nr.
I emailed customer service, they replied asking order nr. I send them order nr and since then no reply. I messaged again, but same no reply.

I'm sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your order. As I explained over email, our products are strictly CBD and do not contain the THC you were looking for. We try and make this as clear as possible on the website. We do not sell the THC cannabis you were looking for which will get you 'high', as this is illegal. CBD is non-psychoactive and used by our customers for different reasons.
Rest assured, we do not have access to or store your bank card information.

Customer service is decent of you have trouble with an order they will resend your order plus give you extra for the troubles the only thing is the delivery option which can take a bit long it would be nice to have a next day gaurenteed delivery service and also have some real pictures of the flower none of the pictures match the flower in real life which can be misleading as people go off with what looks appealing to them many other shops use real life photos of there flower deducted a star for each issue

Trust worthy site
I purchased a few products from these guys. They have a nice selection to choose from. Even when I received something I wasn’t 100% happy with they rectified this issue for me. If you alhave any discrepancy with your product contact them and they are very helpful in assisting you.
