Please do not register with them, and don't even try to make enquiry. Curiosity got me here, don't let it happen to you. Its harassment on another level!
No matter how many numbers I block, they keep calling every day on different numbers. Ive asked multiple times for you to stop calling me as I am no longer interested (I now use stakexcel). And yet they continue to call me constantly, sometimes multiple times a day.

(Fifth time removing my review when legitimate which makes me think you can’t see the worst ones) Terrible avoid at all costs lost £12000 with this provider, got rang everyday with their only piece of advice was to continually add more money I did this and followed the instruction to only have over 200% margin if I do this I will never lose my money with this provider…simply wasn’t true, charged a £2000 roll over which made it impossible to come into profit. Was given terrible advice of keeping hold of my natural gas directly from their account manager Toka and not to cash out early, being told it would reach 3.2 directly, and to add as much money as possible, which was in direct breach of rules 4.4 of their terms and conditions regarding Financial advice (Now going through ombudsman service)

I like the platform itself
I like the platform itself. It is a good trading platform and clear, though I believe I still have to learn more about trading. My goal is to be the best trader in Africa.
The management team is the best I have ever seen. They usually call and update about the market but I would like to have more currencies analysed and sent through my Email. I would like to have only my favorites pairs/commodities analysed and sent to my Email as a report.
Something you can improve is to give bonuses up on high performance over a trimester or a year.

Honestly as a beginner one would take this platform as a scam. After understanding trading, one starts seeing those mistakes that were made during trading without understanding. I must say, currently I am gaining experience as well as comfort in trading on this platform after losing lots of money which I can easily term that "SCOOOL FEES".
One problem; markets analysis reports delay getting to us as Africans in the South as we get them close to midday meanwhile markets opens in the mornings.

I can’t get access to my funds
According to the details on my screen, my account has increased in value, which is great! But, I am unable to get any of the money out ? I have sent a message & photos but the online website just says “The requested amount is higher than your account free margin”It wasn’t even a quarter of it ?! I reduced the amount & it still came up ??
I d appreciate some help asap. The account is active and there is nearly £2000 in it when I log in ? The email said it was because my account was active that I couldn’t access the money. But I haven’t had any advice about how I can get some of it out ? Julie Butcher

In parallel, we thoroughly checked your account and can confirm your account is still in Demo status.
This means it is missing documents to become a real account and funds to start trading.
Is it possible that you were referring to the virtual funds available in the demo trading account?
They are reasonable.
The company is fine, I never experience anything bad from them. Withdrawal process is good. Spreeds alright, swaps not high. It is perfect.

They claim they have expert analysts…
They claim they have expert analysts studying the market, however there has never been a time where I've spoken to anyone from the company and the advice they gave was actually beneficial and has led to a gain. However, whenever I've done my own research on the markets I've managed to make money. During my time with fortrade I have had 4 different people from the company manage my account which just shows me that they can't even hold their own employees, so how do they expect their clients to trust them?

I don't even know how they got my information
I don't even know how or why they created an account for me. Maybe I was looking for information on my private pension and I accidentally clicked on them instead of the free Pensionwise service.
But they have got me and won't leave me alone and I am not going to waste my time trying to get them to delete my 'account'. I am just going to be totally rude every time they call.
Someone said don't trust the positive reviews on here. I would probably confirm that
