Very poor delivery
The food is great ..our dog loves it as did our last dog
But the courier you use is awful
Package is always left at my front door …often in the pouring rain

My puppy seems to love the wet food
My puppy seems to love the wet food. (I’m using a different make of kibble) Both recommended by breeder. There’s a really good welcome pack, full of goodies. Prompt delivery. I’ve found the website problematic but always dealt with when I’ve emailed the company.

Forthglade recovers well after Evri failure
Our order arrived delivered late by Evri and when opened had evidently been dropped as Salmon oil had leaked out over other items. Raised this with Forthglade and they sent out a complete replacement order without question. Really good service from Forthglade, I hope they claim the cost back from Evri.

Order arrived damaged and forthglade won't reply
Our dog food arrived with the packaging inside open and so the dog food has run everywhere, damaging the outer box too, so that everything was wet and soggy. Obviously these things happen, and my negative review is not about this. It's about the fact that I sent two messages to forthglade through their website, one through Facebook and one through Instagram and have had no reply at all. I am very disappointed by their after sales service

Pleased with my order. It was slightly wrong where I was sent 2 adult packs instead of puppy, but I did not raise it.
Dogs eat it and it’s a recommended food so I feel I am giving them quality food.
