My husband is a recently retired OPP Detective. Very good with being meticulous and accurate. We listed a piece of property we’re selling with For Sale By Owner. It was accurate. We paid extra to have it listed on MLS. We’ve had no inquires from MLS for months. So we looked up our ad. To our shock, our BEAUTIFULLY WORDED property description is MISSING! In its stead, they used wording describing the condo (POTL) information for our lot.
The owner of FSBO, named Rob, is a NIGHTMARE to try to reason with. He is accusatory and condescending. Speaks over my husband and said some derogatory things to him. It is UNBELIEVABLE that he treats us as customers this way.
We refuse to EVER speak with him again, after today.

Wonderful way to be able to sell without an agent. Saved a good amount of money by doing it without an agent and would do so again.

On the one hand agents say you need them to sell and on the other that say that the house will sell itself. I think the second statement is more correct and I had no problem selling without an agent. Some of then enquires I got were from agents tying to get me to sign up which was annoying. But also had some good buyers contact me this way including the eventual buyer.

I found this to be a wonderful way to sell my property. Despite what agents had told me I did actually get my asking price and when the saving in commission is taken into account I actually did better than I would have with an agent. Highly recommend.

I switched over from using 2 separate agents and was able to do a better job in getting the sale done than they were. Inform the same price they’ll agents were going for but without the commission fees.

Don’t make let any agents tell you it’s too hard to sell by yourself! It’s not hard. If I can do it almost anyone can.

Rapids response and service from this seller. Very Happy with service at reasonable price. Editable blurb allowed for changes and good exposure led to rapid finding of new tenant.

Good and reliable service. Can’t fault their services and would encourage anyone thinking of doing the same to give it a go. There are big savings to be had doing it yourself.

If I can do it anyone can - The setup was very simple and was able to make my property advertisement within half an hour or so - Found a tenant easily and will use again next time the place needs another tenant again.

This was a fast, easy and cost-effective way to find a tenant. Will use again.

Didn’t need to contact them by phone of email even once. Everything was at my fingertips and was really easy to control and edit the listing. I upgraded my ad on realestate.com.au and that was expensive but as I understand it those costs were set by realestate and not for sale or rent by owner. All in all a very good result.

This worked well for us. Advertised on a Thursday, had one open on the Sat and signed the lease with a tenant later that same day.

I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to find a tenant privately.

My only suggestion would be that the other websites on which my list appeared weren’t really necessary. All enquires we had cam from realestate.com.au and not any of the other extra websites.
