Price vs. quality not satisfactory

Price vs. quality of the merchandise not satisfactory. Big dissapointment.
Plus prices you first see on the pages do not yet include taxes.
Plus the tax calculation unclear, percentage not announced - and at least I could not get it matching the VAT in Spain (21, 10 or 4%).

Dear customer:
our website sells merchandise to professionals. That is why prices do not include VAT. Our system calculates it automatically, normally at 21% on all products (except books, which are taxed at 4%).
As for quality, please note that the same product is available in several qualities, which of course have different prices.
