Took more than three days for delivery ( 1-3 days was on website)
I waited as I wanted this particular chair as I am short and the height Wes able to be adjusted to a low enough level.
No updates by email or texts from the company only a DHL text but this didn’t say who they were delivering for.
The chair a Teknik Portland executive operTor chair £129.00 arrived in sound condition. Was easy to put together even though I have limited vision.
The chair does not independently tilt its back rest only,it reclines seat and backrest at same time: I feel this isincorrectlywordedon website.
The arm rests feel like they are too far back and the seat isn’t very deep.
Faux Leather...hmmm

I ordered and paid for a desk and bookcase which were in stock. The delivery was said to be 10 days max... this has passed and the goods still have not arrived. I called first this morning and James said the goods were in stock and should have been delivered a week ago... he said he would check and get back to me. He didn’t.
I called again and was told all that could be done was an e-mail to Germany and wait for a reply. And again told James would call me back. He again didn’t.
Spoke to the manager after waiting all day and he said they would send another e-mail as that is all they can do, and James would call me back tomorrow to update me.... for some reason telephone calls cannot be made and the manager simply apologised and said I just have to wait.
As things stand I can only say do not deal with this company... hopefully I can update this review once I’ve got an update and received the goods.... but for now do not expect any form of customer care or service from this company.
Update.... it is now the 26th November, and the desk has been delivered, but is faulty. The drawer don’t fit. I’m now waiting for replacement parts... still all ForMyOffice do is act as a conduit with the manufacturer and I’m still stuck without the desk. No consideration of customer care and no way of accelerating the remedy. Not even a suggestion of compensation either.
Really really poor company to deal with.

Main thing to note, FMO are not stoickists, but distributors and act as a post box. Bought a desk and chair. Chair damaged, manufacturer said replacement parts would take weeks, actually arrived next day. Desk was out of stock at manufacturer despite web-site saying in stock and having taken my money. Switched to a different desk, which when arrived had a ‘ding’ in the work surface. Much argument offered £40, and then £50 compensation which I did not want on a c.£600 desk. I arranged a repair man to come, when Baumhaus miraculously found they had there own contractor. They sent Homeserve Furniture Repair, who were excellent (see Google review, I would highly recommend). So, for a c.£800 transaction, less than impressed, and only rated 3* because James who dealt with me, showed some sympathy! Finally, they ask me to do a review on their web-page and because less than complimentary, is yet to appear......

The product I ordered was listed as being in stock, but had run out when my order was received.
For My Office phoned me within an hour and offered me a superior product at the same price, which I was pleased to accept.
The goods still arrived the next day!

I placed an order for a Chiro office chair from this company after visiting their showroom in Mansfield. I was advised to order the chair online, which I did and I received a confirmation email. The following day I received a 2nd email confirming the goods had been packaged and were to be delivered the following day. On the day of expected delivery, I received a 3rd email apologising there had been a mix up and the chair I had ordered was out of stock and not available for 4 weeks. They did offer me a cheaper alternative but having visited their showroom to select a specific chair which was 25 miles away from where I live, I wasn't willing to take any chances so a refund was provided.

I suggest that if you order from this company you ensure the goods are in stock, especially if you go out of your way and travel to view in the first place.

Product was ordered and delivered within a few days. Only downside is the additional charge for delivery to Northern Ireland.

I am very impressed that I was able to place an order on Tuesday and take receipt of the goods on Wednesday. I was able to assemble everything Thursday evening and am pleased to report that all is ok.

Very pleased with the product and the company. Small glitch – the delivery paperwork was made out to someone else - this was resolved immediately on my advising formyoffice of the issue.

I purchased the desk as a Christmas present for my son in law. He built it as soon as he got home after spending the day with the family and he is delighted with it. I was very pleased with the service I received from your company, and the delivery service was spot on too.

I am new to online purchasing and formyoffice have made it really easy and pleasurable. I ordered a alphason georgia black tempered glass desk, it came really quickly easy to assemble and looks fabulous in our lounge. Exactly what I was looking for. Would def use you again and would recommend to anyone looking for home office furniture.

The experience I found purchasing our unit from formyoffice was easy, pleasureful & painless. At no stage in our transaction was there any 'hitches'. I have dealt with many companies & I can totally recommend formyoffice....I can & I have!

The service I received from Formyoffice was absolutely 1st class and better than I could have wished for. Very helpful staff who I spoke to on the Monday and the delivery was on the Wednesday, can't get much better than that. The Jankhe desk is good quality and just what I wanted. I wish more companies performed to this very high standard. Thank you Formyoffice I will definitely buy from you in the future and will recommend you to others.

Thanks Formyoffice for the advice and service that I received when buying a new desk. Wasn't sure which desk to choose and Richard helped identify the right desk for my needs while being patient with my limted internet knowledge. Chose the Jahnke CS-470 desk in Walnut and Black, as this had a raised monitor shelf that I really wanted. Delivery was a bit slow but the desk was made and shipped from Germany and I knew this before ordering. Allinall I recomend this company to anyone needing a new home office desk and my Jahnke desk looks really smart and is really useful.

Website was really easy to use and gave a very good impression of how the colour of the wood would look.
Delivery was very efficient - the guys unpacked the two desk pedestals and checked that they were in good condition.
(If you're thinking of buying from BDI Sequel range, it's not cheap, but it's very good quality.)
Had a slight problem with arranging filing - got a reply to my email more or less immediately, and very helpful man on the phone.
