Great Customer Service for Refund
I would like to appreciate the entire team of formycamping team as I signed up online while doing some shopping but got a notification about some membership charges which I was not aware of, so decided to reached out to CS via Website yesterday and got a quick response and they accepted my request for membership cancellation and today I received an email from one of the escalation team member “Nicholan” who offered me a complete refund of the amount which was charged on my account and which means they really care for their customers either they stay as member or not which is stand out for me and will keep me active for coming back to formycamping place for future shoppings or to refer my friends.
Looking forward for my refund in next 5-7 days.
