Both Formations Direct and Vectis are no longer working. I still have paid for credits on Vectis, but can't contact anyone regarding a refund! Online services still seem up and running, do not use

Delays in communication

After 2 days and no communication, I had to phone to find out what was happening. An email had been sent to the wrong email address. I then had to complete an AML form and the next day another form relating to Russia. At no point was I made aware of these delays so in future, I shall be going directly to Companies House. I am disappointed because FD Registrars had always been efficient in the past.

Compliance was a real pain in the neck…

Compliance was a real pain in the neck and seemed unnecessarily tough. The issue seemed to be that I was forming a Company for my client rather than for myself and some of the information I was required to send was already provided to you when I last used you to form a Company for a client. Also, you took payment before you indicated that you wouldn't release the company until I "ticked your boxes". Finally, the compliance e-mails were very abrupt and they did not respond when I indicated that I already had a track record with you when I formed another Company a few months back and could they refer to teh documents I provided then for their compliance.
