Really thankful to have found such a great product, I'll certainly carry this forward to future projects. I've also recommended form.io for partner and embedding into other products that I use and support. Very good form builder and open source options.

It has by far the worst documentation
It has by far the worst documentation. Not intuitive, not good for test integrations with cypress, not good for optimization, inherit javascript code executes multiple times when formio thinks is necessary. Please do not use this, make a more effective work with any other platform or a DIY. This is for sure a waste of time looking for future expansion.

We get too little attention…
We get too little help with the challenges we have. Direct questions are answered sparingly and sometimes ignored. For example, when we requested a longer support session to solve our problems, only one hour-long session was set up, which was far too short to solve the complex challenges we had. The wiki with the documentation is lacking and does not provide the value expected.
