Hims, is one big scammer and they are under ivestigation in US for exactly what they have done to me. Subscription trap, and scam subscription. Some six month ago I purchased some hair lotion and used my credit card and that was it the applicator broke and I was unable to use the 2nd bottle, I informed them and they did not even reply and just forgot about it and just left the bottle on the shelf. Yesterday I received an email informing me that my order is on the way and they have charged my account by £178! I contacted them and person called Nick replied, you have a subscription and we do not refund on subcription, so I checked their website and noticed they have created a subscription all the way to 2028, I tried to cancell the subscription, but the buttons for cancellation did not work, I sent Nick another email with strong words, and they replied your subscription is cancelled but we do not refund, I have checking Hims UK and mother company in US, Canada are under investigation for this auto subscription which they have set up and and trap and scam customers, and they are doing it all over so watch out, and beware! They are famuse all over the world for this modern way of pickpocketing. Even AI knows all about them!
