Awful experience, i would not recommend anyone to use this company

Just stunning! I bought a set of bedsides and they are the most beautiful piece of furniture I have! Full of character, such a nice details and Gem did incredible job restoring them! The whole experience buying from Gem is 5 stars. If you are looking for a special piece this is the place!

This is the first time I have bought from Forgotten Gems. Got a beautifully painted sideboard from Gemma who helped me decide on the colour and finish, and then painted a little cabinet I already had to match. The result was gorgeous! So pleased in fact I have already ordered another piece! Excellent customer service snd beautiful work.

We bought 2 beautiful dressing tables for our spare rooms. Excellent service, beautiful colours and couldn’t recommend forgotten gems highly enough!

I have just received a chest of drawers from Gem which she finished off in colours to match my bedroom. The drawers are stunning and I am so happy with them. They are of great quality and have been finished with such lovely attention to detail. Thank you Gem! Would highly recommend.

Just Received a Beautiful cabinet of Gem, it was so worth while the wait , it was absolutely Beautiful, she was so professional from start to finish and was there to answer any questions or queries from start to finish , I cannot recommend her enough , such a beautiful piece done with care and love.

I purchased a beautiful bureau from Gem. I’d been looking for a piece for my office for ages. Everything I was finding was either too modern or too old fashioned. I told Gem what I wanted and showed her a picture of my office. Within 24 hours she had found me 4 options.

The finished piece was of the highest quality. The paintwork was perfect, she’d even polished the hardware. Every one who sees it always asks where I got it from. I always say it’s one of a kind from Forgotten Gems! Ha ha!

Gem was professional and kept me up to date throughout. She even sends a touch up kit with some paint and a brush to touch up any scratches that happen from time to time. Although I haven’t had to use it yet.

I have used Forgotten Gems to restore my own furniture and also have purchased some of her pieces. Each item Gemma has done for me has been beyond amazing. The time and effort is obvious, the care put in to each part of the process is shown in the quality of the final piece. Gemma has some great ideas and found her suggestions really helpful. Her customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend and will definitely continue to use in the future.

Over the past year I’ve ordered several pieces of beautiful furniture from Forgotten Gems. Every single one of them has looked even better than the photos show and I’ve been delighted with them all. The amount of work that must go into transforming these pieces of furniture is outstanding. Gem always replies back to messages quickly and the customer service and personal touches are great. Forgotten Gems is now my go to for new pieces of furniture for our house and I’m always admiring her Instagram page. I would highly recommend.
