Some minor hiccups.
For a long time it was unclear if my shipment had been shipped. The status "Being Processed" was displayed for weeks.
A few of the models came in one big bag. Everything together with extra limbs as though they lost track of what was supposed to be in my order and just threw in extra arms and legs.
I am very happy with the models themselves.

Good printer and service. They were communicative and reasonably quick so an international order. Small quality issue that was immediately resolved without any fuss. Free shipping not applying to international order was a bit misleading but also understandable. Would buy again!
