I like the leather knife that I purchased, I will be using it to cut my leather and possibly us it for carving wood! The best part about it is that it’s hand forge most of the tools I work with are hand made you can’t get any better workmanship then hand maid, great craftsmanship!!!!!!.

Deliverytime was pretty long, which can be expected so no loss here. What is very disappointing is that the axe is barely sharp. I expect this from tools from the regular shops, but not here. Now I need to sharpen it myself, which I can do, but am not an expert in. If I Damage the axe now, it will be a pity and waste of money

I ordered the tool as a gift for my daughter, who has gotten quite serious about working leather in recent months. I sculpt wood, and between the sharpness, edge retention, and the utter BAD-ASSERY of the fact that they are hand forged, these are the best blades I own (and I own quite a few).
My second order took a little longer than expected, and when I reached out, they responded immediately. Frankly, if i’m not careful, I could spend all my money on these blades.
In knives, as it is in music, Ukrainian metal is BEST METAL!

A finely crafted product for the price
As a western saddle restoration specialist in the USA, I appreciate the nice and durable quality of these knives, and at a very reasonable price. Their products are well balanced, solidly built, and feel good in the hand. The blades are fairly sharp right out of the package and with a little extra stropping, they are good to go for cutting and skiving skirting leather.
They’re not real flashy looking, but SHOWY is not what you’re looking for when ordering from a blacksmithing shop.
They do take about a month or so to receive after the initial order, for they are a small shop out of the Ukraine. That being said, when contacted via email, the owner responded in a timely manner and assured me that my order would be filled as soon as the items were crafted.
All three leather knives and the set of four (4mm) stitching punches arrive very well wrapped and each of the knives came with simple but purposeful protective leather sheaths.
Yes, I would and will order from them again. So, as long as your not in a hurry, I firmly believe that you will be pleasantly surprised what you’re getting for your money.
