Reading through articles of (M) my username gave me the assurance of a complete refund.
I filed to the company and I got it.

I don’t get my licence for the Forex EA! And the support is very bad. Stay away from this scam company 😡😡😡

I been giving a link to sign up with a broker and obviously making a deposit. Once made a deposit of $300 I was expecting to get the logins for a MT4 or MT5 platform in order to link the auto trading software, but this never happened, but as I soon I made the deposit I received a “ very rude “phone call from the broker saying that with only $300 I couldn’t make any profits and straight way asked me deposit at the least $2000,00 so I told him that I wanted to switch a EA and for him to send me the MT4 logins, but instead he told me that in order to give a mt4 logins I need to deposit at least $1K
So I went back to Forex EA people and explained the situation but they didn’t do anything, they just gave a different link to sign up with a different broker. So then I contacted the initial broker in order to request the withdrawal of my deposit but it took about 2 and half months to get it and when I received the payment there was around $100 missing which they said it was for taxes and management fees etc.

Conclusion: Forex EA trader are useless, and they are giving scam brokers to they customers. STAY WAY FROM THIS PEOPLE

I find this company to be very good they offer an excellent trading experience and services and always have helpful tech support staff on hand to help you get set up and running and they also are always there to provide tech support and help in case of any problems there after they are quick to sort things out and find the solutions for there clients I have had first hand experience of this as I am one of there actual clients and there robot software and automated trading software and platform really does work and generate you good profits every month from it and its also very stable and steady growing profits as well I would highly recommend anyone who is even brand new to trading world to go with this company they will help you every step of the way and you won't be dissatisfied with the long term results from them

was going to try them out. made 2 registrations but they work with unregulated brokers whats a red flag. asked a simple question what regulated brokers they have but they are not able to answer that. looked promising but now i see its just waste of money, im glad i didnt buy it but went trough the promo

Beware of this company. They offer free EA for trading and link you to a scam broker called Finetero. once you signed up your money is stuck with them. I have my funds held by them and they even trade without your permission.

I started with EUR/USD $324 and I started with EUR/USD $324 and activated the robot successfully. Chose quantity at 0.02 to start. That proves to be too much because the robot, more often than not. places buy trades prior to a reversal then doubles the quantity to place another buy after moving in the other direction for a predetermined amount of pip movement. It can do this a number of times when the initial trade position gets farther from the live position. It does generate trailing stops when the initial trade grows in a positive direction (such as rising above a buy trade execution or declining below a sell trade execution). So after it has placed doubled up quantity losing trades in one direction and it has placed 0.02 buy/sell then 0.04 buy/sell then 0.08 buy/sell and up to 0.16 buy/sell your whole investment can become tied up and inevitably you lose everything or you might be forced to add doubled funds to keep trades open. Sometimes the market goes sideways for days, even weeks and you might be charged a daily fee for continuing your trades overnight. The amount you pay every night will need to be offset by your profits and the robot on a 15 minute trading timeframe failed to reach it's so called hidden take profit levels more than having to activate a stop loss.
Also on the 15 minute timeframe Eur/Usd (recommended at signup) the robots choices stays in the red for over a week frequently, forcing you to invest more cash into the broker account who Forex-EA-Trader say pays them for the pleasure of your real money costing you from around £250 at a time. You will see that investing hundreds as opposed to thousands and not using tiny quantities through the robot will rinse you of your funds. And you will see that your quantities being tiny means that your trades profits are realised as pennies as opposed to pounds so your earnings over months will probably just pay for your fast internet connection, phone line and electricity. If you dont have £10,000 to invest this robot is pointless. And if you do, I cannot guarantee that you will win with that either. As my experience is an application that is grudgingly positive for a month and then slowly dripping my funds until I have dont have enough to continue and my investment is threatening to be expunged. You need to know what's happening with the markets yourself because customer service are great to give you a manageress/manager to setup the system but not so great at being candid or sincere answering your initial concerns. You should look at this application as a costly time consuming game of trading and that your payments probably wont last more than a couple of months for the lowest investments. You should not expect profits to allow you to leave your day job and if you dont have a day job you should not expect to be able to live off your earning if there is any.

So to me this Expert Trader is a teaching game. You should signup but never trade in real money but to test the robot on demo trading platform with their recommended broker you might still need to deposit around $250 with the broker. Personally I recommended you just find a broker you can sign up for a realtime demo account and practice daily for 6 months. If you cannot make sense of hedging your transactions you should never buy into paid EA traders.

I am still trapped with having already invested $648 into a broker linked by Forex-EA-Trader. I did check the linked broker's company on FCA (Financial Conduct Authority). They are linked to a registered company.

When I signed with the trader a manageress helped me setup then disappeared. Then another manager text asking if I had signed. I replied yes then i heard nothing for a month. My $324 investment got close to being wiped clean so I had to invest another $324. Now it's still losing with $296 equity. Within 5 minutes of depositing the second investment a linked brokerage manager called to say he never used robots and that I should invest £2000. In return I'd be phoned with investment news daily.

The EA managers phone regular for a while until you make the deposit. They help you to setup and offer a virtual private network so you can run the trader without having to keep your computer on. I did not do that so I can watch the way the trades pan out as and when necessary. And that's how I can write this review from an informed point of view. If you sign up to a virtual private network then you can lose without even the 1st clue about how this platform performs.

This is my response to all those experts who charge us around £2000 to tell us the methods this trading robot uses just so we waste our time coming out even or at a lose over a few months (The more you start with does not guarantee you will have more time if you want higher returns. And smaller returns over the same time is long, time consuming and unworthy.) Pricey!

Not alot to say really part from going backwards and forwards with genesis (the broker they ask you to go with) and ea guys. Over a month in and still no closer to getting the bot setup. Iv spoken to the ea trader guys many many time now and they will simply not reply or just tell me i need to sort it with genesis who in turn say its ea trader I need to speak with. So long story short don't deal with theses dummies end off. Massive waste of your time.

I spoke with Cindy Brooks. I wanted to know a few things before purchasing the EA and it was extremely difficult get simple answers to simple questions. There are a number of red flags as a result and so I did not purchase the EA. She told me it is a hedged based strategy and when asked to provide an example she sent an unhedged example. (3 GBPUSD buys and 3 EURUSD sells - these are not hedged as both are short the USD). When asked about independently verified results she pointed me to Fxbook and when I went there she says oh that's closed now. So no independently verified results - another red flag. I asked whether the EA entered SL and TP and she said no. When I pointed out all the trades she posted in telegram had a SL being hit (most in profit which suggests a trailing stop) she then said EA places SL and TP after the trade has been taken??? Then she gets angry at me asking questions and says it's not for me. Then says best to buy it first and understand it later- yeh sure. I'm not saying the EA doesn't work as I never got as far as to buy it but if the person selling it won't answer the questions truthfully you should beware and certainly with no independently verified results. I mean if the EA is so good why not show in FxBook? When I sent a transcript to John (The other contact given) he simply stated she had answered all my "endless questions". As I pointed out she had responded but not answered them.
As a result she didn't want to do business with me....oh well. Beware. It may be wonderful but when there are multiple red flags proceed with caution.

I've just read the response below from them and it's again obvious that they don't know the difference between responses and answers. As you can see it took me 20 days of asking 3 simple questions and still got no answer. Also apparently my review is worthless as I didn't buy the EA. Obviously they didn't read my review which clearly states I didn't buy it and the reasons why.
Lastly the summary of the ratings says it all. there are more 1 star reviews than 4 star and 5 star combined.

So it appears they do have some OANDA verified results. Surprising that they claimed no verified results...

And all 1 star reviews appear to be baseless. Great customer service. Appears you have to buy it and lose money for your review to be worth anything to them. The reason I didn't contact customer support was that the two people I've dealt with at the company have been rude and evasive. Customer support seem to keep up that good work!!
I would have thought that customer support would want to be pleasant and helpful to those who've had issues not abusive. Hope everyone reads these replies before purchasing

Well I had a phone call out of the blue from customer support and they hung up on me before I could say anything. It just gets better. I'd give them -ve stars if that was possible

I paid money for automated trading . They did not set it up .
I called many times nobody get back to me .
When I asked for refund , I have received a partial amount .
The email response looks very unprofessional and provided service is poor .

I have been toying with the idea of trying this out; however the replies from them are a worry to me. You have a UK number for WhatsApp but your spelling and grammar in replies, suggests that you are not from the UK but from China. Please clarify so I can create thousands of websites in a day, proving you are a complete Scam.

Ea forex is no good just folling the reviews and information it is not consistant and will blow and account. not managed well for the product offered.

I've been looking for a reliable EA to use and just checked out the website for Forex-EA-Trader, the first thing I did is a reverse image search on the "reviews" on there website, specifically Dan Goldstein's picture and it turns out that the picture belongs to a Dr Brian Williams *red flag* any company that steals images to make fake reviews CANNOT be trusted.

I have had this EA close to a year now. It isn't that bad, blown up funds twice but decided to give it more time...however the support they offer is rubbish.All they think about is selling you another licence for another year.They don't really care.Be warned that incase the broker upgrades or maintains their servers the EA will stop working. When asked to contact support@forex-ea, All they ask from you is buy another licence. This happened to me, I have another EA on a different account with same broker, When I contacted the sellers of the other EA about the server upgrade, they dealt with it in less than hour...Honestly support from (Cindy, Jon,Roy) was at the best very poor.They have a telegram channel where they post outstanding results from their satisfied customers.They must be from Demo accounts....Their Love for money without support will one day bring them crashing...BE WARNED!!!

If you want to lose money then this is the strategy for you.

This is a simple martingale system that doubles up then quadruples up on losing trades. A tried and tested method for blowing up your account. Sometimes these systems can last for a few months maybe a year but their fate is always disaster.

The reason these boofheads offer you a free year is that they collect the introducing broker fee on all your trades. So the more trades the robot does the more brokerage you pay and therefore the bigger referral fee they collect. That's why they only let you use one broker. Maybe they also have ownership interest in the broker as well.

The broker is regulated in the Seychelles - you must be kidding. Only a complete novice would use a broker not regulated in a first world country like the UK, the US, Germany, Australia etc.

Good luck if you are stupid enough to invest with these people. You will need it.

The recovery firms advertising on here are also scammers, they are the final phase of the scam.
Please don't use recovery firms they will take a payment but you will not get a penny.
