Thanks For Video Distribution

My song was distributed by Forevision Digital on all audio platforms and I am also thankful for them for video distribution on India's top OTT platforms MX Player and Hungama Play. Transparent deal,no hidden cost and team behaviour is very nice. I always got good response whenever I had a doubt regarding distribution

Disappointing customer service

Wanted to upload a client's work for their caller tune. I didn't know their policy says one cannot. I wrote to them tried to tell them that I didn't know they wouldn't allow it. Requested them to do a refund since the song was not processed but they did not oblige. Pretty disappointing.

As per the guidelines from the platforms, we can not process any corporate/promotional tunes. It is already mentioned on our site also there is no such refund policy in that case.
