Ordered on 9/5 and a tracking was provided on 9/8 today is 9/14 and tracking says usps still awaiting package.

I was lured into a store .... That's how so many of these reviews start out. Then they talk bad about their experience. Not me. My fiance and I were passing by and we got lured inside the store at Paris Hotel in Las Vegas on July 21. After the presentation, I made a small purchase and we left. They promised us both a free facial, and since the next day was our wedding day, I went there while she was getting ready. When I got back to the hotel and opened the door to our room, she saw me from halfway across the room with very little light, and commented how much better I looked. Well, most anything on me would be an improvement! But yes, I looked 10 ten years younger.

I’m so happy that the products are great for my face. I have sensitive skin and I have absolutely so problems on my face when I use these products. I have to say these are the only ones ever that take good care of my skin.

Deplorable, non-existent are a few of the descriptions that come to mind. Purchased products on-line in error and attempted to contact for return instructions, as there was none of the customary information in the packaging. The number in the “Return Policy” on the website, goes to VM informing that “due to the pandemic, offices are closed.” Customers are further informed to provide phone number and email a brief description of questions/concern. It has been 4 days since the afore and no response.

At these prices, basic customer service is not an unreasonable expectation. Sorely disappointing. On-line shoppers beware.

I love your products but was dubious because I was being charged over the top freight rates by FEDEX.

The iluminex products I received were dried out and I was very disappointed. I sent an email along with pictures same day I received package. Few days later, I received an email stating another package would be mailed out to me …. but I have yet to receive it… again disappointed ☹️.
