I spent 2,200.00 on products just minutes before the store closed. I won’t bother you with the tactics used to get me in this circumstance but I’ll just say I’m a reasonable intelligent person and I was taken to the cleaners! These people are professional scammers. Due to the substantial amount of money I spent I trusted that there would be recourse if something happened to go wrong. My mistake! I learned a few hours later after the samples were applied to my face that I am highly allergic to all of the things I purchased. The store was closed and I flew out early the following morning. I have tried everything to get my money back. Doctor’s note, dispute on my credit card, many phone calls, to no avail. I have not opened any of my products or even taken them out of the bag. Their response is because I got such a great deal under the sales clerk’s “special” code…..my sale was final. I cannot use this product and they don’t care. This is the first review I have ever written. Buyer BEWARE!

I was sceptical at first. Nice lady offering me a free sample. Hot Italian man putting it on my face. It worked . Mmm everything works at first. Then went out and noticed it stilled looked good.
No one pressured me for anything, I felt like crap and they went quickly, talking about there families, not trying verbally to quickly sell anything. I went back bought the eye cream and one for my sister. And a exfoliate scrub and lotion. You see I have the worst acne marks and discoloration. I still at 54 have adult acne. My skin didn't break out at all even 24 hours later . I went home and purchased several more items over the next month. They had some Christmas sales and that helped out . Being it's pricey. I feel amazing everyone noticed my spots are fading, I don't pick at my skin. I have no irritation . I wish i would have found this sooner. And my sister is in love also. That was my Christmas birthday gift to her . And she tells everyone.

Don't count on any discount code discounts or any customer service if problem
They sent me a discount code for signing up with my email for 15%, and then when I went to pay/check out, it didn't give it to me. I further checked the internet found a 50% code, which it acknowledged at checkout, but then wouldn't go through, stating "No Delivery Method Chosen". Then when I called, there message was very old, it said "Closed due to COVID and that they would respond to Internet forum they had on their home page, but when I left a message, no response. CRICKETS!

Your product, specifically the Diamond Infused Eye Serum, is amazing! I've used it now for at least 8 years and it's worth every penny. I will warn any who are looking for some cheaper alternative offered by some other seller, you get what you pay for! I tried that once, and found that "whatever" was in the official bottle was NOT the real product!
