Forever Florist Russia is a SCAM. Ignored my complaints and stole my money.

I ordered a deluxe spa gift basket for my girlfriend's birthday from this company and it cost me $234.47AUD. The deluxe option was suppose to include extra items at an additional cost and when the basket arrived it didn't contain any of these items. Not only was it missing items, but the items also arrived in a old dirty rotting basket and were just thrown in with no care or any kind of presentation what so ever.

The items in the basket were not any type of special beauty care products they were just typical cheap supermarket products. After some research we discovered all the products were bought from a local supermarket around the corner from my girlfriends home and the total cost of these items were $31.34AUD.

When I contacted them via email to complain and arrange a refund I was told to wait and I would receive a response in 24 hours and after 48 hours I had to contact them again only to be told they would urgently pass it on but didn't I have still not heard from them in a week. I believe that this company is a SCAM, they falsely advertise, take your money and put in a minimal effort to complete your order at an less than adequate standard.

My girlfriends birthday was ruined by this company and needless to say I will never be using them again any time in the future.
