My Worst Experience With Any Company.

Awful, awful customer service. I cant comment on the clothing as i never received it. I received one email back after numerous emails to them.

I'm £55 out of pocket after never receiving the delivery. No refund or replacement. Avoid at all costs.

do not buy!

I bought these sweaters after seeing a Facebook ad. They don't conform to the sizing chart on their own website, so they're already too small even before I've washed them. They're brand new, and they refuse to exchange them, asking me for photos over and over again to avoid giving me a refund or allowing me to exchange them. The quality also seems poor.

Do not buy anything from them.

I placed an order to Forestso.com mid February 2025 for a birthday present for my husband. I ordered three T-shirts for him. When he opened them up on his birthday in the beginning of March, he liked them, but the shirts were poor quality, and on one of the T-shirts the design was crooked. He asked me to get a refund. I have been trying to get a refund since after his birthday and it is almost May 2025. The company offered me a 20% refund and to keep the T-shirts. I asked for a full refund and they said if I wanted a full refund, then I had to mail the T-shirts back to them. When I had initially placed the order, I thought the company was American. Upon receipt of my order, I realized they were shipped from China. When I looked into shipping the T-shirts back to Hong Kong, I quickly figured out it would cost me about $90 to return them. The T-shirts themselves were only $45 total. The rest of the purchase price includes the cost of shipping. I will not be mailing them back to Hong Kong and I think for them to ask me to do that in order to obtain a full refund is ridiculous. They keep giving me the runaround and all I want is to simply have my $45 refunded. Maybe I should’ve taken the 20% and kept the shirts, but I don’t think a 20% refund is right or fair. I have reported them to The Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, and our state attorney general.

Just a trash company

Just a trash company. My shirts arrived and they didn't quite fit. Their website says you can exchange and I assumed I would pay for shipping. It took multiple emails and 8 days to get one reply. It has been 3 weeks and I still have not received any info on how to return. Shady practices.

Scam

I ordered about $100 worth of merchandise from their website and never received my order. Even after trying to contact them multiple times from the email address available on their website, I never heard back from them or received a refund. It's just a scam

Terrible customer service

Dont shop here the customer service is terrible. They won’t allow you to return and won’t acknowledge anything you say in your emails for well over a month of emailing and repeating myself… they dodge and stall.

Avoid like the plague

Avoid like the plague. Shirts were not as advertised, horrible return policy. Based out of Hong Kong . If you want to return a shirt, they want you to pay shipping, but that is the price of the shirt. DO NOT ORDER from them!

Ordered a sweatshirt that ended up…

Ordered a sweatshirt that ended up being horrible quality material—the same as a long sleeve t-shirt in terms of thickness and not soft at all. I emailed them immediately to return it, per their return policy, and they asked for pictures (??). They never ended up sending instructions for a return, total waste of money.

This is a terrible company

This is a terrible company. They have a refund policy on their website, but when I went to send back 2 of the 4 shirts I received they just stalled. Asking me for a picture of the shirts without ever offering a refund. It took weeks and several follow-up emails. Finally they said I should keep the shirts because it would be too expensive for me to send back and they would just discount my next order. Sent me a 20% promo code you can find anywhere.

There are lots of places you can buy shirts. Go elsewhere!
