I would like to say a huge thank you to Alex Hibbert for delivering our shed today. It arrived only a few days after we ordered it online from Forest Garden, and the service was outstanding. Alex arrived exactly on time and carefully carried every piece from his truck, stacking everything neatly at the bottom of our garden. He was incredibly polite, friendly, and had such a positive attitude that made the whole experience even better.He took the time to explain what all the parts were, checked that everything was present and correct, and even advised us to bring some of the parts inside because rain was expected later in the day. That extra care and attention were really appreciated. Alex is a true credit to Forest Garden. His professionalism, helpfulness, and positive nature made the delivery completely stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend him. Thank you, Alex😊

Horrendous once they have your money they aren’t interested !

I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Forest Garden Ltd to think twice.

My experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. Before purchasing, communication was excellent. However, once payment had been made, the customer service deteriorated significantly. Promised phone calls never happened, emails went unanswered, and I only received a delivery date after repeatedly chasing the company through their live chat because my calls and emails were being ignored.

I was specifically assured that the cabin would be taken into my garden on delivery, piece by piece if necessary. I explained that I am pregnant and physically unable to move the materials myself, so this assurance was a key reason I agreed to proceed.

Instead, the entire delivery was left on a public residents' permit road without any warning that this would happen. I was then left in the impossible position of having to arrange and pay **£200** for labourers to move the materials onto my property to avoid potential council action and further stress. To make matters worse, the materials were left exposed and began sitting out in the rain.

I raised a formal complaint with the company, but initially received no response, leaving me to deal with the consequences and additional costs myself.

For a purchase costing thousands of pounds, I expected a professional service and for the company to honour the commitments it made. Instead, I have experienced poor communication, broken promises, unnecessary expense and a great deal of avoidable stress.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Forest Garden Ltd and would encourage anyone considering using them to carefully research other suppliers before committing to such a significant purchase.

Very efficient, friendly service. Ordered the wrong wood, they collected with no issues at all within the time frame provided. Brian Coleman was the driver. Very friendly man.

Ordered a shed for the garden. Excellent communication from the company including excellent tracking information on the day of delivery which meant I could plan my day instead of waiting around in a massive delivery window. The driver, Graham W, was very helpful and friendly and had everything off the truck and round the back of the house in no time. Fantastic experience all round.

I must say that Dan Morris , who is a delivery person was AMAZING , so polite and understanding.
Dan was helpful and listened and understood all my concerns about the fencing.
Dan delivered the missed delivery from the day before which I had then cancelled, they redelivered the next day after i had cancelled the order.
Some of the fence panels were wrapped and damaged. I refused the order,
Dan was AMAZING and took the order away no hassle.

Great communication before delivery, live tracking updates and Steve, our driver, was friendly amd efficient. Delighted with the shed and planters too, very reasonable price and good quality. Highly recommended.

We had a nice early delivery of fence panels by Jay Wood this morning. He was very helpful and placed them exactly where I suggested. All very quick and efficient. Thank you Jay!

It was an early on time delivery, and the driver Brian Coleman was polite and very helpful, offering to drop the wood right round to the back garden. Such a help, and with clear instructions.

This is the most appauling delivery service I have ever experienced. I was given a 4 hour delivery window which I arranged to be home for. The item was not delivered during that window and was left put in the middle of my road (see photo). I only realised the pile of wood in the middle of the road was in fact my order when I got an email to say it had been delivered. There was no attempt to knock on my door. I have no way of knowing if all the components are here or some are missing. This was an expensive item and I am utterly shocked it has just been left in the middle of the road.

I'd like to thank my driver royt for his great communication and helpfullness, he was our driver who brought our expensive fence panels today he was great 👍 however the panels were mostly crap and rejects qc stickers on pointing out faults yet sent to customers. so royt 10/10 as for the product 1/10

Great delivery from Phil.s. He was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I was happy for him just to leave the posts on the drive but he insisted on carrying them up the steps and through to our back garden. Wouldn't hesitate from ordering from them again.

Had the parts of our summer house delivered this afternoon by Mark and Daz. Very helpful and polite. Unloaded items carefully and made sure they were secure. A1 service from these 2, they are a credit to your company.
The tracking app was good too.

Very pleased with the delivery service. Date chosen at checkout & communication has been great .E-mail to confirm delivery window & updated to say Andy L was on his way with the tracking info so we knew exactly when he would arrive.

Caitlin answered immediately, dealt with my queries, sorted it in one phone call. New part on its way. Very professional and organised.
