Goodnight sleep and steady energy throughout the day.
Following a close bereavement and house move i have been struggling with relaxing and sleeping at night and also motivation and stamina during the day. I decided to give these a go.
Serenity - I took 2 tablets an hour before bed. When I felt tired (it was a calm tired if you know what I mean) I went to bed and Fell straight asleep. Woke up twice for the loo (menopause bladder) but straight back to sleep instead of my usual where i lie awake for the next 3 hours with my head full of everything. I woke up at a good time, relaxed and rested with a calm mind. No hangover feeling or anything. I'd say it's a win from me!
Vitality - took 2 tablets in the morning with my smoothie. These gave me a clear head and an energy. Not manical energy that you get with a caffeine shot that burn out just as fast and leaves you feeling down but just nice and steady energy with a clearer head and I was able to go about my day doing all I needed to without feel like I needed to stop and have breaks to recharge which is my norm.
I will be continuing with both of these and am very grateful to finally get a good night sleep which I've not had for well over 8 months and the energy to do all I need through the day. Thank You!!!

Guilt free relaxation
I have the Serenity Capsules and they have become a firm addition to my evening routine. The first time I tried them I couldn’t believe how relaxed I felt to the point I was questioning what was wrong with me!
