My ISSA mini 2 suddenly stopped working even though it was still within the 2-year warranty. I’m from Vietnam and contacted Foreo support to ask about it.
Even though I bought the brush from an individual seller and not an official store, they still honored the warranty and sent me a replacement.

I had a minor issue with my device, as it wasn’t working properly. I reached out to the customer support team, and after receiving very clear and informative instructions from Danny, I sent a video showing the defect in the product.
Everything was handled smoothly, and it was confirmed that they would assist me with resolving the issue. Overall, I had an excellent experience with the support team.

There is a lot of hype about the Foreo FAQ202. Some things it does well. Skin does look a lot better and feel better. The FAQ202 is easy to use and there are lots of pre-program treatments that you can choose from.
On the negative side, the FAQ202 is too small to fit properly over the entire face. It is like wearing a mask that is too small. The pieces at the nose are uncomfortable and either slip on the face, or press on your nostrils in a way that makes it impossible to breathe. It does not hold a battery charge well at all I have to charge it after every two treatments.
I do feel that for the price of the product and the additional monthly charge, Foreo could have done better.

I have been using a Foreo facial cleansing device for years. Recently, I bought one at Costco with the best deal ever. Unfortunately, it stopped working after a short time. Despite the faulty manufacturing, I contacted Foreo through their website to request a replacement. They responded very quickly, and with Danny’s assistance, I was able to submit the required proof and claim a replacement product. The customer service was fast and reliable.

Foreo is a brand I like very much. I’ve had their products for quite some time and they have worked better than expected. Battery life is absurd. I’ve charged the Luna maybe twice in 2 years and use it daily. I recently had an issue with my Luna and I submitted a claim. Right away Danny contacted me from their customer service department and within a couple of days he resolved my issue. I am very satisfied with their products and customer service.

I own many FOREO/FAQ devices and have been very happy with all of them and never had an issue until now. I was very worried that the warranty process would be a hassle and/or come at a cost to me.
