Good customer service, poor product

I contacted the company before ordering as I desperately needed to find similar if not the exact same product as I had previously purchased elsewhere but no longer supplied. The communication was fantastic, the slippers are not bad quality but I have wasted about 10 pairs so far as they either had holes,flaws or stitching coming away therefore unable to use so hasn't been cost effective to me at all. I will not order again or recommend this product
