Very bad quality compared to high prices. I thought the quality will match the price but when i received the product was highly disappointed for spending big money on cheap quality. Will not buy again from this website.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY TOOK MY MONEY OVER 1 MONTH AGO. THEY HAVE NEVER SUPPLIED MY ORDER. THEY HAVE NEVER RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS ASKING WHERE MY ORDER WAS. I HAVE SENT OVER 15 EMAILS BUT NOBODY RESPONDS. THE PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT WORK. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW AS THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had ordered some items from fordeal. They took almost a month to deliver the items and the quality of the items were below standard. Branded items delivered was duplicate.

FOR HOW MANY TIMES I ORDERED IN THIS SITE AND I WANT IT FOR COD DUE TO PROTECTING MY CARD PRIVACY AND WHEN I ORDER COD THEY SAID I HAVE TO REACH 120 SR TO AVAIL COD AND THEN I ADD AGAIN TO MAKE IT 120 SR WHEN I GO FOR CHECK OUT IT SAYS I HAVE TO ORDER ATLEAST WORTH OF 150 SR AGAIN TO AVAIL COD WHT THE HECK YOUR CHEATING AND LYING FOR. NOT GOOD BUSINESS LIAR. IF YOU SAY MIN ORDER TO AVAIL COD IS 120 SHOULD BE CUSTOMER ORDER FOR WORTH 120 SR THEN SHOULD BE OKEY NOT ADD AGAIN UNTILL WHAT... IF COD NOT ALLOWED IN THIS APP THEN REMOVE IT SO CUSTOMER WILL KNOW ONLY CARD IS USED TO PURCHASE..

I already received my parcel like 11-ish in the morning. Amongst my orders thru online i made, so far you are the fastest in processing my orders. Also, this is 2nd time I experienced that service. I already fit the shoes and dresses but no any problem. So nothing need to return. In general speaking, to sum up, i love the products' design, fashion and processing. Will order again in the future. I want to order from fordeal . Is it free delivery or some charge is there. A phone stand is there for 0 sat. Is it free delivery or not?

I have bought many items at different times from Fordeal. Very good for value for money, and speedy hassle free delivery.
Their only shortcoming is lack of detailed description of goods. And their app can frustrate you. Other than that.... Kudos... well done

One of the worst, fraud scam app. Don’t trust any if their products that say 100%original. And they used my credit card details without my permission

Their products are fair. Not exactly what I expected. The most frustrating part of the company was when I bought shoes that the strap was too short and not the strap is not centered. I asked for a return address, I was asked to try the shoes and send a photo. Of which their staff saw it and told me to make an unnecessary hole at the back so it will fit. Secondly, I was asked to go and measure the shoes and 2 dresses send photos so they can confirm what I said. After wasting my time , I was asked to have 80% refund and keep the items. I do not want the items as they are of no use to me. Due to their lack of good customer service and annoying policy, I was forced to accept 80%. I hope they will refund the 80%.I am going to give the items to the charity after lockdown.

Have been buying from the app but recently saw an advert on a lotion which is totally racist. How can you use a black woman angry of her dark skin then happy after using the lotion and becoming light skin? Did we black skin tell you we don't love our skin or you are as ignorant as hell?

I have been the victim to a scammer who use my card on three different websites, I contacted all three stores as soon as I found out and two of the three companies were fantastic and got me my money back. Fordeal have had over a month now to deal with the issue and I cannot get anyone to contact me. Just the same message over and Over. They are so frustrating it is unbelievable. Although I have no history of buying from this shop, please be aware if anything goes wrong with your order you have virtually no chance to speak to anyone in customer care. It is horrendous.
