I brought the due set of eyelashe serum and mascara. The serum is empty, I feel totally scammed. I bought the set on Amazon, now they can’t send me a replacement - help Madayester@ yahoo.com

love it,so much growth in less then 2weeks

I started using this product 2.5 weeks ago. I was nearly bald in the back center of my head. With in the 2.5 weeks I've seen such an improvement in my hair growth. This product does work and I'm going to continue using this product for a very long time. I highly recommend this product. Try it for your self you won't be disappointed.

Again another problem with shipping .. I’m still waiting for an order which was for Christmas. I didn’t realise this company was not based in uk .
If you are wanting to order from this company think again ….. you will have a long wait .

order tracking says it isn’t even half way to my destination yet, it’s been a week now. ridiculous. the refund process is confusing and expensive. the brand is an absolute scam. i would like a solution to this.

This has nothing to do with shipping. I’ve been using for 4 months and absolutely no results. I’m disappointed as my hope was to do away with lash extensions; unfortunately this product is not the answer.

I ordered this and paid extra for express shipping, which says (2 business days) and it’s now been 4 business days and I still haven’t received anything. I received a tracking number and it says that the post have not received the package from the company to ship it out yet. Very poor customer service, they make you for things they can’t provide! Stop misleading customers and respond to people’s complaints. I want a refund!

Great serum

I ordered on the 10.10 24 and paid £5 for delivery which stated 3 business working days for delivery.Didn’t actually receive the item until the 18.10.24 even though the item was dispatched on the 11.10.24 according to the tracker it didn’t arrive to my local Royal Mail office until the 17.10.24.Does not seem i am the only customer to have experienced this.

I ordered an eyelash serum over a week ago,until now I haven't received my order . I wrote a message but no one responded. be careful because if you pay you will not receive the goods.

uhm.. i paid for fast shipping which was quite a lot and i was promised to only wait 2 business days. it’s been 3 business days now and it still hasnt come. i honestly dont care if it’s only one day late and that it could possibly arrive tomorrow - regardless, it’s still delayed even tho i specifically chosen the fastest shipping for a reason

My order still hasn’t come!
I got an email saying it shipped but when I look on the tracking it says it still is in pre-shipment and there are no updates. I was told it would be arriving in a couple days and it’s been weeks at this point. Not happy

Awful product!!! Do not buy this eyelash serum!!!! When I initially bought this product - bear in mind it cost the grand total of £20+ as well as postage - I used it nightly however did never see a drastic change if ever. Further into using the serum, I began to notice my eyes swelling and becoming blood shot, however I was unaware of the cause. Safe to say I now know the cause. Post using it for several weeks I stopped. My eyes did not become blood shot once during this period of time. I ultimately decided to put the product to the test one last time and boy do I regret it. I woke up in the morning with the most crusty, gunky, bloodshot eyes my eyes ever did witness. Not to mention the fact that half of my schools population inquired regarding whether or not I was under the influence, referring to the drug as a variety of different labels such as: ganj, zaza, wacky backy, bud and many more. Regardless of being asked if I was okay at every human interaction, I got on with my day as usual trying my best to avoid eye contact with the head teacher!! At home now I have realised the swelling is still apparent I am utterlly disappointed, in complete disbelief!!!! Not only has my money gone down the drain, but also the whites of my eyes and I now have to put up with the aching and gunky mess when I’m trying to learn!!!!!! May I add I have also been referenced to as vampire , Count Dracula and the devil himself!!!! Not too impressed!!!!

It does not work!

I ordered the last serum 4th of July 2024. I used it everyday as directed in the box, even twice a day and it does not work! its now 3rd of September. Still has not work. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Awful. That just sums it up. I followed up so many times by email but kept getting the same response. It’s getting close to 2 months when they originally said 10 business days and then said 10 to 14 business. I still haven’t received my order. I have done all the checks on my end and yet they cannot do the checks on their end in following up an order. They are truly fake. Do not trust them at all.

After reading so many good reviews I decided to order eyebrow sedum. What a mistake. It never arrived. I emailed customer service with my order number but nobody responded.
Not happy!!!!

I’ve always used a different serum that actually worked but I decided to try the Forchics one. BIG mistake. Absolutely rubbish my eyelashes have actually gone back to the way they were before I started using the first serum that did work. Total waste of money. Does not work. Paid nearly £5 in postage too and it took days to arrive. Shocking company. Would never buy anything from them again.

Lash serum not working, I have been using it every night for over 4 weeks and I even used the measuring strip to check the length and lashes haven’t grown a bit. I won’t be repurchasing and do not recommend. The only good thing is that I did not get reaction since I have very sensitive eyes but what’s the point if it does not work…

I’ve used Revitalash and RevitaBrow for years and they truly transformed both my eyelashes and brows. The difference was incredible! After seeing Forchics on an IG advert I thought I’d give it a try as it was a quarter of the price and I really just wanted to maintain my brows and lashes as they were already great.
I have been using their products for just under 3 months and my lashes are falling out like crazy, are thinner and shorter than before. My brows are the same. I’d say a third less full/ fluffy than they were. I am absolutely gutted and have requested a refund although I would rather just have my lashes and brows back to how they were before using these rubbish products. Goes to show, you really do get what you pay for ! Highly recommend RevitaLash if you want a product that actually does what it says it will.
