Alright, not amazing
Product is OK, but I wouldn’t say it’s worth the price. It arrived with a small chip in the glaze. Likely because the glaze is quite thin/light. I also would’ve expected more packing material around the brick itself.

Excellent customer service and communication.
This company went out of their way to provide an excellent service despite Evri losing the first parcel they dispatched. The parcel contained a personally addressed envelope with a smiley balloon and stickers. Communication at all times was excellent and my money was refunded as soon as my gift didn’t arrive.
