Wanted to return a item bought in…

Wanted to return a item bought in December , no returns info on website , emailed them and took days to respond , really awkward that I wanted to return but if item not suitable I’m entitled to a refund . Expects customer to pay for return . Return arrived with them over a week ago and still no refund . Emailed twice and still no reply . Shocking customer service …; would not recommend

Company is illegally refusing to give…

Company is illegally refusing to give me a refund and free returns label/ cover my return costs for faulty items.

They need to understand basic consumer law

I would NOT recommend this company and will be escalating this issue.

Edit to add it's Jan 13 2025 and even though they now offered a return/ refund it hasn't happend

Edit to add Jan 14. Refund in full without need to return.

Customer service poor as always seem to be ill and not passing the service over to someone who can complete orders/ complaints.
