Absolutely terrible customer service. Emailed several times regarding the whereabouts of my order and a reasoning as to why the tracking code does not work; no response. The website also uses fake reviews, they are all the same on each shirt. They state that 95% of orders arrive within 2 weeks. Total lies. Terrible company. My order was ‘shipped’ on the 10th and should supposedly arrive this Wednesday (24th of August) looking incredibly unlikely despite me requesting in the order it needs to arrive before the 25th of august. I also believe that the royal mail tracking code is totally fake… it doesn’t work! A real shame as I was very eager to see the shirt and leave a positive review.

Well this is one of those situations where you you wish you did a little research!! Shirt arrived weeks after being ordered, sizing is ridiculously small... "Fuss Free Returns" this means that they don't give you any return details so they don't get fussed. As many reviews state it is pointless emailing them as i guess that no one looks at them! No wonder they don't accept PayPal! no where to go once they've taken your money! AVOID (That's unless you like small clothes and poor customer service)

Ordered a shirt took 3 weeks to arrive it’s too small, want to exchange it. There is no correspondence in the parcel. Their website email address no use totally ignored. Instagram messages ignored. They are THIEVES!!!

Pure and utter disgrace I wish they lived next door I would punch one of the slanty eyed midgets stright in the moy pure and utter garbage newcastle top come and the badge fell off after first wash AVOID these cretins

I have bought about 8 or 9 shirts from here for myself and as presents for others..
I have bought the shirts I had as a kid mainly Liverpool from the 80's I absolutely love them.
The product is brilliant and I can't fault that. however you do have to wait a couple of weeks for them to arrive, so order well in advance if it's for a birthday.

Horrific customer service.
They provide no number to contact on their website, which leaves you having to email them and then wait for when they can be bothered to email back. 10 days it took for an unacceptable and lazy response.

Paid for order, sent Royal Mail tracking code, but after two weeks still says they have not received it yet. No response from company despite numerous emails, no contact number for them.
DODGY THIEVES. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Delivery took 3 weeks and the Newcastle shirt arrived with loose threads and a permanent kink in the elastic collar, right at the front too so can’t be hidden.

Emailed the company over a week ago and got no response. Cutting my losses as per other reviews it seems obtaining a refund if I send it back would be even more frustrating. Wouldn’t buy here again.

Have had a very Similar experience to a post below. Ordered a Retro Top back end of last month which was "Posted via Royal Mail" complete with a Tracking Code etc.
Unfortunately the code doesn't work and picks up as not recognised by RM, tried to get in contact (sent emails) but no response. On Website now it shows not accepting phone calls etc. PLEASE AVOID.

Ordered a Newcastle 99/00 shirt on the 5th it was sent on the 7th with supposed royal mail tracking that hasn't changed once and was due today. Sent a few emails got some terse short replies now they just blank me! DO NOT USE THIS CHINESE COMPANY! And the tracking never updated! Do not be surprised if this tracking number is the same as everyone else's

Took 10 days to arrive, not too bad considering its come from Asia. Judging by the size of the company's wearhouse in Hyde I thought they would have plenty of stock on hand for fast shipping. I will definitely be buying another shirt.

Bought 2 different size shirts for my son not knowing which would fit. Delivery was slow - took well over 3 weeks but at least they arrived and can't fault the quality.
Website has a big quote 'Hassle Free Returns' - this is a blatant lie. You CANNOT RETURN an item. There are no return details and they DO NOT RESPOND to emails. I am now having to sell the second shirt on ebay.

I want to be clear here. My experience with this company has been 'extremely' positive. No issues at all. The reason I am only giving 3 stars is because I can't condone customers being treated\ignored with the contempt and lack of respect for decency, and consumer law that this company, based on the many reviews, does. On this basis I can't award 5 stars even though my product arrived after 2 weeks which I was anticipating. The tracking worked perfectly once in the country, which I was fully expecting. The product is absolutely spot on in quality and fit. It was a Liverpool 1989 shirt, with 'Candy' sponsor, in case you were wondering.

Like a lot of people on here I placed my order and then looked at the reviews (against my own advice). My heart sank. Based on the many, many bad reviews I wrote it off as 50\50 whether it would A: Turn up B: Fit C: Be decent enough quality to be wearable. Also, based on the reviews I knew that if any of those things were to be negative the chances of getting my money back or a reasonable solution was 0%. I quickly tempered my expectations...

However, after 3 days I received confirmation of shipping. For 10 days the tracking number didn't work as it wasn't in the Royal Mail network yet, as I learned (not from their website) it's coming from abroad and you have to be patient. Then once it hit the UK, it suddenly updated and everything ran smoothly with regular tracking updates. I received my shirt approx. 14 days after ordering. If the company made the long shipping times clearer they might get less problems.

The shirt arrived today. It was ordered in a medium and fitted perfectly. The quality was great with embroidered badge and adidas logo, and a 'raised'\not flat and printed (if you know what I mean) 'as it should be' sponsor logo. The fit issues must depend on the product (or luck?), but I can assure you mine was definitely the right size. Not a tight medium, but a decent fitting medium.
The quality of mine was great and it even had adidas cardboard tags, and an adidas label. Whether this is original, who knows? Probably not.

All in all though a completely positive experience, I love my shirt and got value for what I paid. However my expectations were pretty low. No issues whatsoever and I'd probably use them again.

However as I said above, I can not under good conscience give a company a five star review, no matter my experience, after reading the many consistent bad reviews about mis treatment and lack of returns\refunds. It would be wrong. This is out of order, bordering on theft, and against the law in the UK. It's a shame because if they got these issues sorted and cared a lot more, I have no doubt they would be a success.

Delivery took 4 weeks which I was very disappointed with HOWEVER the quality of their shirts are excellent, only reason I’m giving 3 star is because of how long delivery took.

It’s not a scam site but , as others have said , based in Asia . Not bad for fakes but you can prob pick them up off eBay or your local boot fair much cheaper ! Takes two weeks to get here so don’t panic .

If I could score a minus I would..... Under NO circumstances will I buy anything from this company Ever again...the quality of the goods is frankly not club quality but fair enough it is cheaper than the real deal... However as lots of people have said the sizing is completely inaccurate.. Everything is way smaller than quoted... And the worst thing is that if you ever try to return anything you ll likely not get a refund.... You ll see that their phone lines are not currently available... That's been the same for as long as I have seen... And wen u e mail them they don't answer... I returned goods recently within ts and cs which were signed for.. They said oh we didn't receive them but we ll refund you anyway.i then received a refund "confirmation"...but still no refund... I have followed this up twice but still no response... I am taking this fwd legally now which I told them I would if they didn't respond.. They still haven't so that's what I feel I have to do.. Customer experience and service is frankly disgusting... And they are withholding my rightful refund.... I will leave it to you to make your choice.. As Trust pilot says please draw your own conclusions....

I was looking for a vintage MANUTD shirt for a long time and I found it on Footy Classics website exactly what I wanted. It was MUFC 1896 Home, a classic red one with Sharp and vintage adidas logo. I immediately placed an order and got a confirmation email it has been processed and soon it'll be dispatched. Next email came the day after with a Royal Mail tracking number. I was over the moon. Few days later I've checked the tracking number and it was still saying: the sender has despatched item. Then I decided to check the reviews ( I know I should've done it before placing the order) and I was mortified with all this bad reviews. It was exactly as most people stated here: no updates on tracking number, long waiting time, no contact number to ring. I thought to myself what an idiot I am just giving my money away so easily. I decided to write an email to customer support and see if I will get any replies. 2 days later to my surprise they did come back to me and asked me to check the tracking number again. It was showing that my order has been received by my local depo and it'll be ready to deliver next working day. It has arrived today and I kid you not: brand new shirt, size M with the tag, fitting me perfectly with this awkward vintage material feeling but this is exactly what I wanted. I am so happy and cannot wait to wear it when I play football with my friends this Sunday. I am really sorry for all the guys and girls who are not happy with their orders or not receiving them at all but mine is just perfect for me. I am giving them 4 stars only for a slightly lack of communication and a bit longer waiting time to get my shirt. This is my personal experience with this guys and can't really say any bad things about them. I do hope all you guys will get what you've ordered and won't have any problems. It took them 14 days from the order date to deliver it.

I ordered the Newcastle United 1997 home shirt from Footy Classics and I was pleasantly surprised. Reading through earlier reviews I was a little skeptical. I placed my order online and within 2 minutes I received a confirmation email. After 4 days, I received a further email to confirm that the shirt had been shipped with Royal Mail, alongside a tracking number.

At the time, I was unaware that the item would be coming from Asia, and so was a little frustrated when the tracking number was not registered with Royal Mail. It was at this point I started to think I'd been scammed. Rather than panic, I decided to give the item another week or so to arrive (the website states around 2 weeks for delivery). 14 days exactly after the order was placed, I received the shirt - at no point did the tracking number work with Royal Mail so I wouldn't advise relying on this.

As for quality and size, it far exceeded my expectations. I had owned this shirt in the 90's and as far as I could tell, it was a perfect replica. Even down to the old Premier League logo on the shirt numbers.

I'm not sure what has happened with some of the other customers orders going missing or not arriving within the proposed timescales, but my experience was a fairly positive one. I will most likely use this company again, should they decide to produce even more of the old replica shirts.

P.S. If Footy Classics are reading this, please look in to recreating the old NUFC 1997-98 Goalkeeper kit!

Ordered a shirt which didn't fit, I emailed a few times about a return or exchange and didn't get a single response. Horrible customer service, wasted nearly £40. I work in customer service myself and know it isn't that hard to reply to an email, so this is unacceptable.
