Ordered football tops from Foot World with a great 3-for-2 deal, all under £70, and they arrived promptly in 10 days. I also had good experiences with fast delivery and exchanges on other items, though refund processing could improve in some situations. Overall, decent value and service.

I received the item on 25 January 2023 in the wrong size and made a return the same day I received it.
Footworld received the item within 22 days, within the 30 days return policy. However, FW would not offer me a refund but a credit note so I could exchange it for some other shoe. However, I never received a credit note and never received a response...

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted!
I bought Nike MX-720-818 in June 2022. Shoes still have a manufacturer's warranty. Unfortunately, after a few months the sole of the left shoe has “deflated “, making the walk decidedly uncomfortable. I use it only for walking but they do not give good results due to the problem mentioned above. I Contacted Foot World Customer Support -message after three days " We do not provide any warranty on items that have been worn." And " If you want to take it directly to Nike to see if they would be willing to help you, then you are welcome to do so, however they themselves will not cover air bubble damage after 30 days."
I contacted Amazon Customer Service and I described my issue and received a return label. Unfortunately,the seller refused to repair it and informed me, "We do not accept unsolicited returns, each return needs to be authorized." If you wish for the shoes to be returned, we would need you to arrange a collection, as we would not be covering the return for the reasons that they are not faulty and we have already covered the unsolicited return amount."
I understand and I've made £10 the postage payment directly to the seller's bank account.I wrote negative feedback about my experience with the seller and I posted on trustpilot.com.
On the next day, they responded:" Once you remove the product review you have left on our Trust Pilot page - which is for footworlduk.com customers only, we will get this shipped out for you and update you with a tracking number."Really?
The seller is still holding my item and doesn't want to return it.
I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the behavior of the seller. I have never met such a rude seller. Personally, it was one of the worst experiences in my life.
Sincerely, I would not recommend this seller.

I never write reviews but the customer service from Footworld has been 5 star. In mid December I ordered a pair of Nike Jordan size 5.5 for my daughter. Next day Footworld contacted me by phonecall, email and text to ensure they got a hold of me to apologise profusely that the last 5.5 had been sold but they could send the 5 or the 6. I decided to take the larger size which they posted that day with a free insole. Nice touch. Sadly the trainers didn’t fit and I emailed them to say I’d have to return them. They promptly emailed me photographs of what they had in stock in my daughters size and when none suited they explained I could opt to receive a text when the trainers were re stocked. I have now received a refund, promptly again, and await the trainers restocking. The service felt very personal and helpful at the busiest time of the year. I would not hesitate using this company again. Well done Footworld.

Missing delivery
I originally placed my order on 2nd December and by 16th still hadn’t received my parcel due to Royal Mail strikes. The cooperation and customer service was fantastic even went to send out another parcel with another courier as it was a Christmas present. I would definitely use your company again and recommend you to family and friends.

Advertising stock on eBay they don't have. Refund not processed. Still waiting for my money back.
A few more details for anyone who's interested.
Ordered 16/12/22 at 9:48am
Received order confirmation same day.
Received dispatch notification same day (unscrupulous companies do this to improve their delivery metrics).
Received an email confirming item sent to their "authenticator", advised another confirmation would be sent when the "authenticator" had finished the inspection.
3 days passed, then Received an email advising the item never existed and had been listed by "the system in error". 3 wildly different alternatives were offered and rejected. A refund was requested. As of 20/12/22 still waiting for refund.
Also worth noting; the item in question is still being advertised on their Google Shopping feed. They have messaged me asking to remove this review.
