Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service! I purchased 2 pairs of Nike 270 spending over 300€ for both pairs to develop manufacturing faults within the first few months after purchase. The shop were appalling in replying to emails and assisting with the refund process and their head office, The Trendico Group believe it is acceptable to laugh at customer complaints and speak badly to customers. I have emails from Beatriz where she openly laughs at me and makes fun of the situation. I will certainly never buy from Foot on Mars or any of their other stores again

Lamentamos mucho que tu experiencia con nosotros haya sido así. Lo único que hemos intentado trasmitirte durante nuestras conversaciones es que para gestionar una devolución o un producto defectuoso, debes presentar dicho producto en la tienda donde lo compraste. Esta es la razón por la que no hemos procedido a la devolución del importe de tus zapatillas.
Por otro lado, en ningún momento hemos actuado tal y como dices en el mensaje y te hemos tratado con todo el respeto que nuestros clientes merecen y reciben. Y por eso, te pedimos, por favor, que elimines cualquier dato personal que has dejado en tu mensaje anterior.
