The most ridiculous shopping experience

I bought a pair of First Steps shoes for my baby, but they sent me only a single shoe instead of a pair. What excuse could there possibly be for this? The packaging is transparent and clearly shows that there is only one shoe inside, not a pair. Thanks for stealing my money. Karma, baby.

Incredibly rude customer service

I recently sent Footic some feedback regarding a pair of rain boots. The sole of the boots wore through after two years of very irregular use and I had to throw them out. I didn't ask for a replacement or refund - I was just expressing my disappointment with a product. Footic responded by blaming me for the problem and claimed that my feedback was “unjustified and we must therefore reject it due to mechanical damage”. Again, I wasn’t asking for anything, I was just providing feedback on a product that I consider to be faulty. I’m still baffled by the response I received. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again!

Warning - wrong measurement of sandals and a hassle to get reimbursed for return shipping

I got a pair of sandals that were 2 mm longer than what it says on their website. A bigger measurement is felt on a sandal as the fit must me more exact, and these felt too big. I took pictures and even filmed a video of me measuring the soles with a standardized ruler and sent this to Footic. Even with hard evidence they did not accept it as a fault and did not help me with return shipping.
Though they said that I could send them back at my own expence and if the measurement of the sandals was found to not be the same as the chart when they later remeasure them - I would ge reimbursed for my shipping.
Footic said they did remeasure and they got the sandals to 1 mm longer. They must have remeasured wrongly, as I have a video of the 2 mm extra. Or perhaps only one of the sandals had 2 mm diff, and they did not measure both.
However, even their measurement says it's not as the size chart. But in their email they said: "1-2 mm from our measurements, that is still okay, because it is still within tolerance". This is very deceptive, as they said they would reimburse me if the measurement showed wrong in the first email.
I was worried they would go back on their word as they denied me several times, but after many emails later, they eventually agreed to pay me back for the return shipping.
It was really a hassle to buy from this company, but I'm at least glad that I eventually got my money back.

I was sold pair of shoes of different…

I was sold pair of shoes of different sizes for 2 year toddler who can't even clearly express discomfort ! Obviously when I checked the size I was looking at right foot. But the left one was 1 size smaller.
Her left toe is now all red.We had ongoing toe nail trauma problems on both feet, with infections antibiotics etc this was the main reason we had to order barefoot shoes. Now we ar getting yet another problem... What a disgrwce to do this to young toddlers who can't yet properly communicate discomfort. It took.my daugthte to day to start sayijt something like : I need cream for my toe and than I started looking for the reason
