Afraid I'm being ripped off!
This company sent me pet pjs instead of the pjs for children although I ordered size 3,5, and 6. Pet pjs do not come in those sizes.
I have called Customer Support twice and the recording states that a customer rep would return my call in 24-48 hrs. No return calls. Also I have sent two online messages.
The autogenerated return policy is a nightmare requiring me to send each set of pjs back in separate boxes. Who does that? And why? They arrived to me in one box. I suspect no one will ever answer the customer support number nor will anyone reply to my online requests. I am afraid that I will never see my refund.
