Worst online shopping experience ever
The website say you will be responsible for the custom charges however you wont know how much it will be untill DHL get the package and send you an invoice saying you have to pay £85.58 for import charges:
Value added tax (vat) (tx) £44.14
Custom duty £30.44
Duty tax receiver (av) £11
or they won't deliver till it's paid
Only problem is if you don't pay the invoice they get sent back to the store and the £85 will be deducted out of your refund
There is no mention of this on their website
There should be a chart stating how much roughly it will cost for different countries to be shipped to
I have had other items shipped from Spain and never another company telling me I had to pay the import charges
I will never use this website again its ridiculous to be expected to pay £85 import charges for a pair of shoes!
The pair had scuff marks on it and marks pattern of where the shoes should of been stitched, the shoes also had some glue marks outlined on the swede, paying full amount for the shoes and paying £85.58 extra on top plus the £8.95 for delivery just to get a pair with lots of imperfections its just not fair, worst experience ever, avoid buying from them not worth it, now im stuck with this pair and if I want to send it back i will have to pay for delivery and wont get my £85.58 import charge back, avoid at all cost.

Great customer service
Great customer service! Amazing collection of products. If you miss a drop, check them out — they have all the latest releases. The only pain for us (UK residents), is paying customers' duty fees 🤦♂️, but I guess you can’t blame them for that one. Overall 10/10
