A small suggestion for Foot District:
You might want to consider changing your shipping boxes. The current ones are a bit too thin and not very sturdy.

After reviewing the case with our warehouse team and the carrier, we have confirmed that the order was picked, packed, and delivered correctly according to the original purchase. At FOOTDISTRICT, we use an automated “Picking & Packing” system that requires a double barcode scan on every item before dispatch, which ensures accuracy during preparation.
To investigate any possible carrier or package mix-up, we need the photos of the order you claim having received. Our Customer Care team has informed us that they have requested those photos multiple times without response. These photos are essential to verify whether there has been a carrier error or possible package swap during transit. Without these documents, it is not possible to open an investigation or proceed with any refund or replacement.
Please send these to help@footdistrict.com as soon as possible so that we can reopen the case and investigate immediately.
We remain fully available to resolve this matter, but we cannot proceed further without the required documentation, as indicated.

I had to send back a pair of shoes because the width did not fit and they helped.
The problem: This site appeared in a search in Germany (in German language), although the product was in Spain.
I found out it was coming from Spain only after the order was placed and the tracking number was generated.
Since it did not fit, I had to send it back and the transport was paid by me.
So, I did a great deal: 60 euro shoes that I returned and approx 18 euros for transport (back and forth).
Best for the customer is that the transport to be paid once, and the return (if it happens) should be paid by the seller.

Ordering and Price Okay I UPS delivery unsuccesful
Website clear, easy to order and good price. Shipment would take 4-7 business days which was quite long (and not mentioned beforehand) but I accepted as was good price.
However, it's been now 20 days and I'm still waiting on my package. UPS mail they've been at my house however I was home the whole day and did not see anyone. I have emailed and phoned Footdistrict, however no reaction.
Addendum: FootDistrict has reached out, they offered to refund. I liked that solution. Not the best experience but I do think they mean well. Therefore added a 4th star.
