Horrible experience. Unprofessional, slow and sloppy. Potentially was scammed!

I bought a highly priced football shirt montage framing for an expensive and signed shirt.

I am not exaggerating when I say that I waited over 3 months for the ‘work’ to be completed. Which was ‘lost’, ‘redone’ and ignored. (Time expected was 7-10 days)

Eventually had to WhatsApp and call to chase the person in charge on numerous occasions, they clearly sent something they had whipped up in 10 mins which looked like it had been done on Microsoft Word.

After 4 months I wanted the shirt back and a refund, which as you can guess took another month and several chases. I was concerned at one point I had been scammed as they were not sending the shirt back.

I never actually received a refund (after asking 3 times) I had to submit a claim from my bank for fraud.

This was all over a period of around 6 months. Horrid company and I cannot even confidently say if they are a legit business or not.

This company is excellent, sent a March worn shirt in to be framed, had a template whats app to me, saw I had made a mistake and he changed it free of charge, have the shirt hanging in my office now and love it

This company are excellent. Their communication throughout is great.Im si happy with the final product...also they are packaged so well and quick return. I'm already planning the next shirts for framing...
