Liars and thieves

Placed an order via foody. They couldn't be bothered to deliver so lied and sent me a message to say they had arrived, nobody came out or answered phone. This is a lie nobody turned up or called, no notice the order was then cancelled and no refund. Liars and thieves! Not tge first time this has happened. Don't use them, they are a dishonest company with lazy drivers.

Bad customer service

The restaurant order from Zorbas was clear with instructions the entire order was wrong the Cappachino looked more like coffee and toasted sandwiches were ice cold Foody will not take responsibility and Zorbas staff lied

HORRIFIC experience

HORRIFIC experience - they sent the wrong order and Foodys had us taking photos and waiting so long that we ordered and paid again just to eat! This lady Artemis at the Help Desk was rude and bored and unable basically to help - I HAVE DELETED THEM for ever!

One of the worst experience that I had at online ordering. There are numerous incidents in which one of them was their system being bugged or glitched so they hold 85€ From my account, I panicked and called them immediately and they told me they will resolve it in half an hour..b/s
Not just that I tried to make Foody pro while there was offer at €25 initially I was charged €50. I called them like three times every time they told me they will call me back and eventually I got tired and just cancelled the Foody pro and decided to finally put my review online. If there was zero stars that would be my review

Awful experience.

They allow restaurants to false advertise their offerings with zero responsibility. fraud!

Ordered seafood linguine from Psistaria Nostimies in Limassol through Foody. The picture in the menu clearly showed prawns and mussels included. However, the pasta that was delivered to me only had some very cheap fish inside. After contacting Foody and providing them with the photos of the meal I have received, they literally told me that the restaurant claims thats how the meal is supposed to be and refused to refund. I could not believe this and asked to escalate the case, received a phone call a few minutes later, confirming the same

Very poor service

Very poor service. I was promised a free replacement after a delayed cold order, but despite following Foody’s own instructions twice, I was charged again or had my order cancelled. Support was unhelpful and even implied I was dishonest. Months later, no resolution, no follow-up. Completely unprofessional and disappointing.

Using Foody has been nothing but a…

Using Foody has been nothing but a hassle. The process to cancel my subscription is overly complicated and frustrating. Plus, the mobile app is unreliable—logging in rarely works without errors. I wouldn’t recommend Foody to anyone looking for a smooth, dependable experience.

They didn't deliver my food after a 12…

They didn't deliver my food after a 12 hour work day, it was late and I was very hungry. After 1 hour of waiting they said they would send a redelivery. After waiting for another hour they told me that they didn't actually send the redelivery, as the store was closed!! They told me that they will compensate me by returning the cost of the food. This is not compensation, this was just returning the money I had given them, when they gave me nothing in return. I have had problems with this company every time I have used them. Foody is a joke and very unreliable!! I will never use their services again! Wolt delivery is much better!!

Zero Customer support

Zero Customer support. Waited for 40 minutes to give me wrong information again and again, never accepting that their adds were misleading. If your order gets delivered as you asked Hooray, but if there is a problem with your order, you have better chances of winning the lottery than getting proper customer support! No more foody for me.

Expect to hear all kinds of excuses why your order is less than 5 minutes away for 40 minutes after supposedly leaving the store. This 5 minutes just don’t arrive! Plus the store is less than 5 minutes from my house.

I would not recommend foody...

Ordered food from MCdonalds through foody. Delivery took forever and when the food finally came more than half of the food was missing. And the delivery guy dropped our drinks...

I called foody, and asked either for a full refund or full redelivery. They simply refused and insisted on a partial redelivery. I would understand if only some drinks were missing but common, more than half the food. In the end they offered me a partial refund and tried to buy me off with a €5 voucher. I told them to shoved it and contacted MCdonalds directly, after only 30 seconds on the phone I was offered either a full refund or full redelivery by MCdonalds. all the while Foody insisted that it was not possible and they had talked to MCdonalds...

Never using foody again, I would rather drive and pickup my own food, than give one cent to these charlatans.

I have used foody for a long time and often, however after this experience never again!
