I wish i could give -1 rate

The estimated delivery time of my prepaid order kept getting extended. After waiting for more than an hour, I wanted to cancel, but it was no longer possible. In the end, I refused to accept the inedible food, and I still haven’t been refunded. Never again, Foodora.

Complete scam

Only one item from my order was delivered and wasn't given any notice that the rest wasn't unavailable. In the end, I ended up paying 2-3x the price for a single bottle of coke. Spoke to chat and they flat out refused to lift a finger, then disconnected the chat because when they were bored of talking to me.

Will definitely stick to Grab in the future. This company is a joke.

I ordered food on 15th Dec, 2019 and i clearly mentioned the address
and the rider didn't delivered. They now charged me for the food which i even didn't taste. They are not refunding the money. I want my refund back.

Redesign App for the Rider

I have been using FoodPanda for a month now (5 stars) and I must say it is very convenient. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with one of my orders (2 stars).

My order was immediately completed even though I haven't received it. I spoke with customer service (maybe you can also have a hotline not just chat) and told them my food hasn't arrived. They weren't able to resolve the issue so they just gave a refund.

I spoke with one of the delivery personnel when I ordered again. He told me that whenever they press completed/delivered the details of the customer will be removed.

Looks like this happened so I didn't receive my order.

I hope FoodPanda can add another step once the food is delivered like asking the customer for a signature.

But overall, FoodPanda is great. This is the only downside. I hope you could fix this.
